My experience with Altwood Doors was amazing. They were very responsive and professional. Even after installation, they continue to provide superior customer service and support. They are very friendly and a pleasure to deal with. I highly recommend Altwood Doors!

It is a shame that a man like Mario who worked hard to establish a phenomenal reputation in the garage door industry would let people who run his company destroy it. I paid for 3 garage doors with supposedly lifetime guarantees. However, I discovered that when one door started rusting they only stood by the one panel for replacement under their so called warranty & this didn't include installation charges which they expected me to pay. How can a manufacturer who boosts superior to none customer satisfaction & pride in their business expect a customer to fork out $900 per door so that they can have uniform doors in the front of their home when the customer did nothing to cause the problem. This company obviously doesn't understand what true warranty" stands for. No one in their right mind would agree to do this or even consider paying $2700 to a company that does not live up to their integrity! It takes years to build customer confidence but it takes very little to destroy faith in company & destroy their reputation!"

I submitted a claim for premature light corrosion beginning to form on exterior panels of two garage doors purchased.I provided thorough documentation with original invoice,pictures etc. This is all still within their undisputed 10 year defect warranty. After nonsensical email responses from them,bottom line,they outright rejected the claim.Poor customer service.

Just Wanted to Say the Customer service From Altwood Was great, I called and spoke with Sandra about the springs on my Garage door and within a few days someone was there to fix the problem the service tech also changed a few of the wheels that were in bad shape which I didn't notice now no more squeaking. Excellent service I would Recommend Altwood Garage Doors ask for Sandra in service she's very polite.

We are a used car dealership located near Altwood Garage Doors. Our overhead garage door is very old and has seen its fair share of UPS and DOWNS. In the last 3 years, we've had to repair it at least 4 times and each time, its been done by Altwood. They are fantastic to deal with. Especially when its an emergency and you can't close the door in -40 degrees.
