Good service and good customer care. Repeat customer and highly recommend. Didn't receive scalp massage or any massage with last service April 2023, or so quick I didn't notice. Thats why i went down a star to 4. Up until then it was good, maybe change in policy? However I will return

Welcomed instantly as I walked through the door, very short wait for a walk in. Great conversation and attention to detail of the cut. Scalp massage and wash before and after cut. Product and style bang on! Assist with product selection. Highly recommended, thanks!

First great haircut I’ve had in 4 months. I had 2 before in Edmonton at non Tommy Gun barber shops and they really messed up my hair. Alim cut my hair and did an excellent job. Normally I wouldn’t mention this, but another rater who gave 1/5 stars was complaining about “Inexperienced Filipino’s”, but every Filipino that I’ve had cut my hair at Tommy’s did a great job. I’m not just saying that, I really mean it.The price was great as well.My only complaint is I’m personally not a fan of the scalp massages, its always uncomfortable for me, but I just have to remember to ask for a pass.

It's an experience. I didn't just get a haircut, I got a wash, scalp massage, cut, and hot towel. All the while friendly, pleasant conversation. I only go to Tommy Gun's, I recommend it to all men I know. Thanks for a great hair cut, great service, and a great experience.

Its expensive but for a reason. The quality of care and attentiveness of the barbers here are impeccable. Relaxing face and scalp massages, trendy cuts done exactly as you expect them to be. A clean environment. Would recommend

First time going and it was amazing! Everyone is so friendly such a relaxing environment, I got a taper fade and it was easily the best my hair has ever been cut, almost fell asleep during the scalp message and the hot towel as the end is just a cherry on top, definitely will be going back!

Great spot to get a haircut and relax. Service was friendly, excellent, and efficient. While my son was getting his hair cut downstairs I went upstairs to the lounge where there are screens and games. My son's favorite part is getting a free soda after. Will go back again!

Always friendly staff, lovely head massage (I could go for 30 minutes of it)It can be busy but online booking is pretty efficient.Question about tipping with card payment, does it go directly to my barber?
