Having a relatively low budget, I wasn't sure what to expect walking in here. I must say I was pleasantly surprised. Gina has a great selection and will find what you're looking for if she doesn't have it. She had the perfect car for my budget and I couldn't be happier.The dealership has a small, family feel. There are no high pressure salesmen trying to sell you stuff you dont need or cant afford. The whole process was quick and easy.I absolutely love my new car and will definifely be back when it's time for the next one.

I wanted to give a wonderful review to Gina and all the staff at AC Auto Plex. We were having a very difficult time with other dealerships in our hunt for a vehicle for our 21 year old daughter who lives out of town going to graduate school. Gina was able to secure a loan for our daughter in her own name without co-signers, for a reasonable down payment and all was done smoothly within a few days. Gina was my sales consultant and went out of her way to make me feel at ease. I had not bought car in a very long time and stopped by to check out the selection at AC Autoplex and the experience was so great I bought my Jeep on the spot. She was just wonderful and very helpful. It has been almost 3 weeks and she continues to check in to be sure I am enjoying my Jeep. I cannot say enough about how thankful I am for all her help and fabulous service. She is beyond caring after the sale.

Bought a car from Gina which when I test drove the car I told her the brakes needed to be replaced. When I picked the car up she stated they cleaned the brakes and they was good to go. Truth be told it was the rotors that needed to be replaced, one tire had a nail in it another had a plug, the oil pan was rusted. The very next day of me having the vehicle all my lights came on so took it to Mr tires who discovered that the car was not supposed to pass inspection to be sold (obviously they reset everything so it can pass). I contacted Gina and she would not fix anything even called the cops on me when she told me to bring the car to her to have her mechanic look at it. So I had to pay to get new brakes and rotors, new tires, an oil change, a diagnostic test done, and still have to get the lights, the wheel bearing, the rusted oil pan, and other stuff fixed. Yes I know it was a used vehicle but to have to fix all this as soon and I took it off the lot is ridiculous. Her customer service was the worse I've ever dealt with when buying a vehicle. I also work in customer service and would never talk to a customer the way she talked to me

Gina was great helping my mother and I with trading in her old car for a newer one. She walked us through every step and was very patient and understanding. We love our 2011 Chevy Impala and will be recommending everyone we know!

this experience was by frank c. Gina was very pleasant to work with. There was a small issue that i noticed about a week after buying the truck. Gina assured me it would be fixed and it was promptly taken care of. I feel the deal was very fair. My only complaint [and it's not a big deal] is there is loaner to borrow when your vehicle is there over night. therefore i had to deal with renting a car. We would buy another vehicle from her!
