Great location, clean, fresh, smells good, awesome pool and hot tub, modern rooms, decently nice staff, would live there if i could. Great time!

Location and rooms are perfect.Room service is horrible to say the the least!Requested Cot and extra mattress and front desk told me they could not provide neither Cot nor extra mattress because room service staff left at 5 pm.I mean seriously, this is a hotel, so how could you dont have any room service working overnight shift!

Had a very nice experience at this hotel. Very clean, nice pool and little hot tub, and good breakfast too. The wifi is a bit spotty and also you can hear through the walls at times. Overall had a wonderful stay and will definitely go again, had everything i needed!

Overall experience was great. Breakfast is good , Pool and hot tub is good and service is excellent. All staff is accommodating. We spent 2 days here with family and it was enjoyable. Near to highway and besides Tanger outlets.

The hotel was reasonably priced and quiet. Generally clean. Our shower still had hair from a prior guest. We stayed 3 nights and the room was never cleaned by housekeeping. We ran out of clean towels and had to ask for more. Our garbages were not emptied and our room stock (ie cups) was never refilled. Our tv remote wouldn’t work (we got a new one). The reason for 3 stars is that when we asked if we could have more towels and inquired why housekeeping had not come by in 3 days, the blame was shifted to us. We were told if towels were on the floor they’d have gotten them, etc. The reception staff wouldn’t believe us that our room had not been assessed by housekeeping (towels were on the floor for 2 days..). I try and keep things clean, but for >$200/night I don’t think it’s unreasonable to expect a couple of clean towels and empty garbage. At minimum, for the reception to be kinder to those staying as guests.

Overall great experience both times that I have been here.Today though both my key cards stopped working went downstairs to get them re activated. Customer service was lacking. Should have been a little more considerate to the situation.Breakfast was okay. I'm guessing powered eggs. Sausages were cold. But hey its included.Great location, free parking that a plus.

Clean, spacious, and the service was impeccable. The front desk agents were kind and knowledgeable when we asked about a taxi, and the bartender was chatty and really nice. The room was so clean and the AC unit worked *so* well. The breakfast was yummy too. There was a decent amout to select from. Will definitely be staying here again!

I like this hotel for family stay: fast check in, clean room & comfortable beds.Location is great: 20-30 minutes from downtown, there are a lot of restaurants closed by, outlets just 5 minutes away.Breakfast is ok: standard hotel breakfast with egg’s & sausage.We stayed at the hotel for 3 days, nobody clean the room during our stay…

Beautiful hotel. Spent 2 days with my family. We enjoyed our stay. I took out 1 star because they seem to serve the exact same things for breakfast everyday (well for the 2days we were there it was the exact same thing and doesn't look like it changes). Variety will be really nice, especially because of customers who will stay for multiple days. It'll get tiring pretty quick.

Overall, good. The location, parking availability, and the overall look.The rooms are not sound proof. There was a family with kids nextdoor. I could hear everything. Their kids were running in the hole. Reported issue to front desk, nothing was done.If you call front desk from your room better speak quickly because they will hag up as soon as you stop talking.Check your alarm the first night if you are planning to sleep in. It might be st at 5 am.
