Honestly, dollarama has better quality and price when comparing similar items. Here, the quality on some things that dollarama doesn't have may be better but comparable items are very poor quality, highly over priced and break almost immediately.However, this is where I get my birthday balloons and it's great for that.

Never have your helium balloons pumped there. They are thieves.Paid 90+ for 16 balloons only. Called them to check if they would pump them for me and they never mentioned anything about price, and then surprised me with the 90+ dollars receipt.

Although the behavior was not directed at me but the manager or the owner of the store was extremely rude with a soft spoken customer who only wanted to exchange an item. I felt so embarrassed at the way the poor customer was dealt with. Definitely not going there ever again. I wouldn't be able to stand that kind of behavior. Very very poor customer handling.

Visited the store and was going to buy an item the price stated one price and the same item had a different price. They wanted to ring it in for the higher price. I said I'm sorry you should honor the lower price they refused so I left the item there and left the store. I never go here after an awful experience with their balloon service. Thought I'd give it another shot should have saved my gas. Worst service ever!

The store is packed and I’m not sure if it follows minimum building code safety requirement.The owner is extremely rude and was speaking her language with the customer behind us in line not knowing we understood what they were saying than cashed her out first without any explanation.
