Live in the county and made the switch to Fiber Optics with GPNetworks. Could not be happier with the service provided! We went from having to take turns using the wifi to everyone being able to use it with no slow downs. Now we can stream on multiple screens, game and more all at once with no issues.

There lack of communication when a problem does occur is very frustrating. You could save 100 calls to a call center with one simple post to social media. The outage map on your website can’t function if your website is hosted on the same internet that is down.The service is fine when everything works but when it doesn’t it sure is frustrating.

Most of the time you barely get half of your promised bandwidth. The internet itself is also very inconsistent where every few seconds the internet just decides to stop working then picks up again. If you want internet that isn't a scam look literally anywhere else.
