Horrible customer service, my name was labeled on someone else winter tires luckily tires didn’t fit my car or I would have received wrong tires then it took them days to actually find what they’re telling me are my winter tires. When I returned after waiting around first appointment 4 hours I told them 3 times to put my summer tires in my vehicle that they were dropping off outside my work. I still haven’t received my summer tires and it’s 3 months later. When I called to speak to manager nobody called me back I had to call multiples times and demand to speak to manager to get in contact. And even after discussing with service manager still no summer tires. Worst service department I’ve ever dealt with!!

I drive an hour and past three other ford dealerships to go to Braden. If they say the appointment is at 11 and will take an hour, it's at 11 and takes an hour. Not when a tech has time". No messing around

Not a good experience. Bradon Ford Kingston Ontario took more than double the time that they had initially told me. There was no cooperative attitude.In survey if you give good points the survey will be submitted other wise not.i gave one point and it came up;Unfortunately your system is unsupported and media capture is not available.Last time also it came up the same message.Last time when they changed the tires of my car after in about a month one tire got loose and was about to come out when I stopped the car and saved a major accident. I called the nearest car workshop, they tightend the wheel and took the car to their workshop for a check. Bradon Ford was informed who refused to own it.What does this speak of a business.

Took me in with a one day notice for an oil change on my van, in order to get the first 8000 Km service done. Was looked after well with coffee and a short wait for the vehicle service. Went to Ottawa after that and no problems. Will go again for further servicing.

This was our first time purchasing a vehicle from James Braden Ford. Turner in sales was very attentive and made sure all of our concerns were met. He is top-notch and has great communication skills. Paul in finance was also A+. I would recommend this dealership to anyone!

I had a great experience at James Braden. Ben was very patient with me when negotiating my trade in and helping me with financing. Ben was very kind and did everything he could to assure me that he could give me the best deal. He spoke to his manager to get me a better trade value. Ben always answered every email I had sent him pretty quickly. I would recommend anyone to visit Ben at Braden Ford.Thank you Ben.Paul was amazing with number's, he made it affordable for me and within my budget to own my new Explorer.His sense of humor was contagious and he is so down to earth, I felt like I was at home. Had my truck in on Saturday for an oil change they did a tire rotation and checked my brakes….said back brakes were good. Truck sat in my driveway from Saturday afternoon til Monday when I went to work, when I got home from work smoke and a terrible smell coming from my back tire. Of course phoned and they said that it had nothing to do with what they did……surprise. Now have to fix and have no vehicle. So mad.
