Received exceptional service today from Store Manager, Gudrun. It was Black Friday so very busy and computers were extremely slow, but Gudrun was gracious and efficient as she juggled multiple customers, diverse demands, and yet got the job done. She was amazing. So grateful for her help.

Excellent experience today finding Kudo as a new provider for my cell service that has been dreadful with previous providers in my area in central white rock due to a lack of towers with them. Already, my service has improved 100% with Kudo. My service agent was amazing today and explained she was in training and her support staff helped her immensely! Thank you all to the Southpoint Kudo staff!

I wanted to share my experience at the Southpoint Exchange quickly. I visited this location last Friday to upgrade my phone as I have been consistently fighting for storage. Upon walking in, I was greeted by Gudrun, and she was incredibly helpful with my every request. Gudrun and her associate were very patient with me and others who visited the location. Fantastic customer service and they made my experience a memorable one.

The sales person did a great job - we arrived at 4:15 to transfer 5 lines on a new family plan. She did a great job of finding all the discounts. Then she worked until 30 mins past closing to get it all wrapped up. Great customer service.
