I just finished my pick up with OMAR and CLEVELAND and I can’t thank them and the wonderful team at MakeSpace enough! The whole process from beginning to end with this company has been DELIGHTFUL (yes I’m describing MOVING as delightful! ) I booked my move, received my tote in days, had no issue booking my pick up or rescheduling , and Omar and Cleveland were delightful ! They did myWhole pick up in less than 30Minutes they were efficient and gentle with my items ! They took photos of everything and showed me how the app works and explained the history of the company! Also the support line was fantastic I had some scheduling errors and they even waived a fee for me at one point! I will use them for all my moved and recommend them to my friends !

Khurram and Andrew were friendly, efficient and professional in moving out my stuffs. I just had to take photos of their job❤❤I appreciate Steve and Omar for their professionalism and efficiency in delivering my stuffs to my new house. They were friendly at all times. Overall, I had a good experience with MakeSpace services !!

This is the worst company ever to do business with.Do not hire them or you will be sorry.From the first time I talked to them to the day this ended, I have been lied to about price and delivery and who comes to pick up etc.So disorganized and they will get you on the price for storage after they pick up your items so be aware. Whatever you are quoted is not the case when they arrive for storage.This is my second time and same outcome.Rip off artists from the United states and run by a third world county according to their staff members which told me the whole story and the fact that no one continues to work for them after a few moves. Staff always quits and they hire from a desperate standpoint and anyone from the ads.These are the people who broke over $4200 in my belongings and still no phone call to me. They just don’t care and you will be on hold forever and if you get lucky to wait a lifetime for someone to answer, I promise they won’t care for you at all. They just bill your credit card monthly.I have testimonies from the staff and my trucks were packed to the roof and all thrown in like you would never imagine with all packages that were marked “fragile” and all were broken. The people unpacking, storing and repacking the trucks are to blame. The people moving the items into your home are moving already broken pieces.I will not ever recommend and I will keep posting these reviews on this company until my issue is resolved to my satisfaction.I have paid more than $4000 in storage fees until now and it’s not fair as they do no provide any service at all.There is no manager you can talk to. It’s complete run around on the phone.My lawyer is involved and I know my legal rights.DO NOT EVER HIRE THEM FOR MOVING OR STORAGE. You will be sorry.Michael

Khurram and Alan have done a great job helping move our stuff in. They even helped get our items exactly where we needed them! And everything was still in great shape even after a year of storage.

Just moved in today at Bay street! Dylan and Ron were absolutely amazing, they even took away the extra packaging that came off when I was unpacking my stuff! MakeSpace has been incredible during this pandemic with helping me store my stuff and love their skilled staff!

Shamar & Logan were super friendly and considerate. They went above and beyond to not get snow and slush on our floors. They handled all our pieces with care. And despite the terrible weather went above and beyond to help us out. They were so pleasant to work with and I would highly recommend their services again.

Cleveland was a superb service provider. He was kind, patient and helpful. The entire experience with MakeSpace was smooth. Hope they have more deals with ongoing customers in the future but a definite solid choice for storage.

Shamar and cleaveland they handover my stuff back. Shamar is amazing man the way he take care of everything no body does. It was my second meeting with him I’m totally his fan. His behaviour is soft and loving. He put my stuff well managed!I appreciate your workThank you very much shamar:)My prayers are with you!!
