I really enjoyed living in the building. The building is very quiet, well maintained and the property managers are not only helpful, but very kind. As I currently work in property management, I appreciate the way the building is run. To date this was my favourite place I have lived, the ONLY reason I am leaving is to move in with a partner that has a rental that better fits both our situations.

This apartment building is infested with bed bugs. Many tenants in building are aware of the problem, landlord doesnt care. Stay away.

This is a REPOST, because someone has deleted all the reviews.Full of rats, mice, bed bugs and other insects. The dumpsters don’t get fully emptied, gross mattresses and furniture is Left outside for months on end. The Management is atrociously rude and quite incompetent. Place is a dump and should be torn down and rebuilt.

Really charming apartments overlooking the quiet park. Building management is very helpful and accessible. The modern upgrades are lovely. Great central location for my mobility needs!
