So I finally got my oral appliance for snoring and mild sleep apnea. I have been using it for a week and according to my wife it has dramatically reduced the volume and frequency of my snoring. Also I do not wake up as frequently as I did before. The appliance was a little uncomfortable the first couple of nights but I got use to it by the end of the week. It is way more comfortable than the generic ones that you can order and if your medical plan can cover the cost I strongly recommend this product.Bradley Kalmek fitted my with the oral appliance and his instructions of usage was very thorough.
