I am self employed as a independent support worker and this organization helps with funding for my family's. l have been involved with this organization since 2003( approximately). The family Facilitator has been very helpful, throughout the years. The front desk receptionist is always helpful. Once again l dont work for the organization. However they assist in the funding.

Where to start. I worked at the respite house itself and clientele and families were amazing. Management on the other hand really wasn't the best.

This community group is so amazing. Was sent to them after a huge issue with Oshawa Clarington Community Living (they were a nightmare). They were amazing with my son. They broker passport funding for my son. They only take 3% and assign you a dedicated person who's goals are to help you loved on in the community. I can't say enough how great they are. The staff is helpful. They give you lots of options. Have classes/workshops if you want. Couldn't be happier with their support.
