Whoever the brown haired girl who was working drive through on January 3 2023 at 2pm needs an attitude adjustment. I had no altercations but she’s was clearly in a horrible mood while interacting with customers.

Twice we have ordered beforehand to just stop in and get it. 10 minutes later we get our drink, meanwhile drive-thru is just zoomin through orders. Seems like a terrible way to manage orders that if you order on the app before you come and it’s slower than drive thru by quite some time….

So, we ordered our food from the drive -through and after ordering our food we moved on to pay for it at the point of sales and then suddenly the lady there ,her name was Anna,Filipino accused us of saying the S*** word which neither my wife nor myself said and Anna insisted that we said it .She was very rude in a way .we have been working in the service industry for a while and we know what should be said and not to be .We will never go back to that location anymore .we always buy Starbucks but will never return to that location .The staff are rude and look at you as if you are unwanted or discriminated there .

At over $5 a drink I'm getting tired of not having my drinks made with consistency. It's not just this location but every location. I always order the same two drinks but they can taste different every time. Half the time, even on a custom order, it's made wrong and I essentially get hot flavored milk.

38 minute wait on 3 drinks!!! Completely unacceptable lineup was over 30 cars long blcocking shoppers drug martthe staff has no customer management skills resulting in the extremely long wait times

Always greeted by someone and was assured by staff when they were obviously busy that someone would be helping me soon. Terrific service!UPDATE: Asked for no lid on my coffee due to it being unnecessary and received no response and, of course, received a lid. I have visited before and, even when I am acknowledged about my no-lid request, a lid is put on due to habit. Can an additional note be put on the order sticker for no lid from the cashier to the preparer of the coffee?

So the staff is awesome, they're really accommodating and friendly. Where I have issue is that it's super expensive, so it's a treat, and I'm not really getting the quality that the drinks used to have. I also agree with the other comments that say it's inconsistent drink wise. The last Frappuccino that I had was super flavorless compared to normal. It is dissapointing when you're paying $6-7.
