Dr. Tailor and staff were all so kind and explained everything in detail. First time my 7 year old bunny had GI stasis. I had suspected it and glad I was able to get him in right away. Great to know a bunny savvy vet also has bunnies of his own. Worth the drive even if you live far away like I do. The clinic provides you medical exam records as well which is very kind of them.

Awesome, knowledgeable and CARING staff!! Prices are a bit higher than some other vets but worth it. Especially for exotic animals and reptiles. They have taken amazing care of my senior female chameleon.

Avoid this place at all costs!For starters I expected they would plan ahead knowing my pet’s injury and allocate enough time to do the X-rays but instead they did not advise against booking a late afternoon appointment just so they can bill me for practically not doing anything and then hitting me with an estimate for what actually has to be done but that can’t be done at that time because there’s not enough time. Professionals should plan ahead by assessing the situation. Instead of wasting your time and then expecting you to wait another week.To top it off they over medicated my pet. They made him sicker in less than 12 hours. This is not my personal opinion but it was confirmed by a second veterinarian opinion when I had to rush him to another vet.Avoid this clinic at all costs. Zero honesty and zero professionalism.

Kennedy Heights is one of the few clinics in the lower mainland with training in avian care. Your feathered friends will receive kind and knowledgeable care here. The vet also had a wonderful empathetic bedside manner which can be so important when dealing with these delicate creatures.

Amazing and caring staff. We took our 3 year old bunny Pumpkin here. Although Pumpkin didn't seem to enjoy the vet visit, the staff were caring and we could tell how much they cared for him. Especially the vet assistant! I'm sorry I forgot your name. Great job all around!

I feel safe and comfortable bringing my bird here, the fact that they specialize in avians is amazing. Everyone here is friendly and the vet walks you through everything and makes sure you understand what’s happening with your pet. I will bring Trick here every time. :) thank you!

I came here back in 2020 with my first pet, but due to circumstances I had left to another vet. I went to a couple different vets before coming back for my hedgehog who needed to be seen right away, and Kennedy Heights had (and still has) the most exotic vet availability and could see her the soonest. From her diagnosis to her passing and cremation, they were there with me every step of the way.Even with all the other places I've been and various vets I've met, Kennedy Heights has ALWAYS been the place I wanted to go and I am so glad to be back!! Everyone here from the vets to the admin are welcoming, knowledgeable, and understanding - they genuinely care for the well-being of your pet. They're accessible via phone, email, AND TEXT. They offer the BEST exotic care (and I've been to a few!). Finally, you just feel like family here, not a wallet to drain. If you're in the area (and even if you're not!), Kennedy Heights is the place to go for your animal companions.

We took our rooster Wolfgang and rabbit Rosie to see Dr. Cheng. They treated them both with so much care and respect and I am grateful to them for seeing our animal companions. Few vets agree to examine a rooster but Dr. Cheng not only accepted him as a patient but treated him like a friend.

I would like to express my gratitude to this animal hospital and all the staff that work there. I have seen them for only a short while however the care and compassion they have shown me over the couple years has been breath taking. Dr Tailor and Kate have been amazing when it came to taking care of my little bird Sean. They made sure I understood everything they recommended for her treatments and gave her the best chance she had in life. Unfortunately little Sean was put to sleep a few weeks ago but I know that she is in a better place. The compassion everyone showed me when I was faced with a decision made it easier on me to make the tough choice I had to make. I still have my other little bird Lily and I know where I will be bringing her moving forward. I took my leopard gecko here as they are one of the few places that are experienced with reptiles. The service was exemplary. We were seen on-time, and all of the staff took great and thorough care of my gecko. The estimated costs for treatment were carefully broken down and communicated to me before administering anything. I was instructed clearly on how to prepare and give prescribed medications, and what they were prescribed for. Overall a fantastic experience!
