Cigar Experience

I visited this particular store because it came recommended. IM REALLY GLADE I DID! When I walked in I was greeted by the owner who was happy to see me (we've never met mind you). He asked what brought me in and I told him that his establishment was recommended to me. He was very humble. We spoke for what felt like an hour prior to him personally showing myself and the gentleman I was with around his walk in humidor. We talked about his selection what I liked what he enjoyed, both of our opinions. I felt the greatest sense of respect and felt extremely welcomed. We even talked about an issue I was having with one of my humidors and he offered some of his experience with ways to correct it. This is one of the BEST shops and owners I've ever had the pleasure to spend time with. I can recommend this place enough it is a MUST stop! Thank you sir it was an absolute pleasure.

Definitely the best cigar shop ive been too, the customer service was stellar. I am from Hamilton and will be visiting this store every time I am in Niagara. Beautiful store and even better customer service.

I bought cubans for the first time ever and I'm glad I came here. The guy was extremely helpful, friendly and patient. I would definitely recommend this place for anyone looking to get cigars.

I've visited several times, and each time I have received top notch service and excellent product. I've met and spoken with the owner several times, he is a fantastic fellow, very knowledgeable. If you are a tourist looking for cuban cigars, don't go anywhere except here. Other stores overcharge like crazy, sometimes up to double the price you'll find here. This is also the only Habanos Specialist in the area. I recommend this shop to anyone.

Great experience purchasing from this shop. The guy there was friendly and didn’t hang over your shoulder while I was looking.Great selection of cigars - especially Nicaraguan. Perfectly stored too.About half price cigars (new world) compared to UK, so very happy.Even got a complimentary bag of granulated Cuban coffee with the purchase!Would recommend!

The owner is extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and very welcoming. My favourite cigar shop in the Niagara region.

If I could give zero stars I would,I came in here today for the first time and not only did the lady working second guess my government issued health card and tried saying I wasn't 21 yet when it literally says 2001/24/05 which would be a month from being 22 years old meaning that I am 21??,i came in wanting to buy two boxes of montecristo cigars and when she finally believed that I was of age which shouldn't have been questioned if she could use her eyes and read the ID, anyway she let me into the cigar room and pointed in a general direction of where to look and I couldn't find the cigars I were looking for so I left,as someone who is willing to spend +300$ for cigars I didn't even get the basic customer service of saying high welcome to ____ wouldn't recommend going here,just had to comment because I literally couldn't believe this experience. This isn't the states, age for tobacco is 19 there is no wonder there is a lack of business here and enough bad reviews. Don't go here

First time in the area and would highly recommend over the tourist trap areas. Owner is humble, makes you feel welcomed and did not hesitate to let me browse in the humidor for awhile. Super fair prices in all of Niagara. Will definitely be back. Don’t fall into the fake convenience store cigar shops.

I'd give more than 5 stars if that was possible. I've visited this store twice now and received amazing hospitality and service. Incredible variety of cigars and the gentleman at the counter even kept the store open past closing time for me to make a last minute run for a cutter.Definitely coming back!!
