Woodbridge, ONMelanie Lyne has updated their styles to be a bit more trendy and the sizes go up to size 18 now! HAPPY!Karen greeted me at the door, giving me enough room to do my thing yet available when I needed her. She also assisted with suggestions which was helpful, since I haven’t ventured out since Covid started-I kind of lost my sense of style.Hazel was also very kind and friendly when I went to the cash register. She was smiling and made me feel special. Which is a breath of fresh air from many retailers I have been to.Karen and Hazel you have made me a fan.All the best and thank you for adding some fun to my day..

If you are allergic to most hand sanitizers and walk in this store with your own. This is not the store for you since they require you to use there own sanitizer. Very disappointing.

I shop here often because its close to my work and their clothes are always stylish and suit my professional needs. Every time I walk in I'm instantly greeted with friendly staff. I always quickly find the garments I want to try on and regardless of who is working that day, I'm never left holding all the garments on my arm. The staff always quickly comes to take the items from me so I can continue shopping comfortably and the fitting room is always set up for me when I'm ready. I've been shopping here for years and being a business owner myself, I can commend how wonderful the staff is at this location. It's not just great customer service, but they also stand behind their products which is very important!

I am a loyal customer at Melanie Lyne for many years, but I have to say this location is not up to the standards. I happen to just need to exchange some necklaces that I bought on line last Saturday. Once I found some necklaces I like, the lady even wouldn’t provide me with jewelry pouches. I had no desire to argue with her at that moment. In this case, simply leaving without returning is the only solution. I hope the management team from ML can look into this store and bring it up to standard. In the end, ML is a great woman fashion chain that Canadians are proud of.

A very unpleasant experience here on Boxing Day. I have been a customer of Melanie Lyne since 1995. The rude customer service was appalling! I just walked out of the store and I will never return.The merchandise which I bought previously, I ended up returning to the nearby sister store, Laura, since I couldn’t go back to this rude store! Hope head office reviews this feedback.

I've been shopping at this location for years because they have great items and the prices are reasonable. However, upon our last visit, one of the younger sales staff was so rude and condescending to my family. When I addressed this with her she got even worse. If you don't know how to talk to customers or just be patient with people then you shouldn't be working in customer service/retail. Won't be shopping here anymore.
