Excellent and efficient service - Had some tile delivered from Wayfair - it was delivered to the Kinek point on a Friday morning and we received the notification that it was ready to pick-up a few hours later. The speed which they process the shipments is so crucial so folks can make plans to cross the border - really appreciate how quickly they work.Showed up, paid the very reasonable receiving fee in cash (CAD or USD accepted) picked up the goods and all set! Very efficient and friendly - will certainly be using them again and highly recommend!

Have used this Kinek business outlet in Niagara Falls several times prior to Covid and have just resumed now that the border restrictions are being lifted. We have always found their service to be excellent and would easily recommend them to others. Five minute drive from the Rainbow Bridge.

Cash only and hours not clear- beware. I used this place through Kinek as my usual place (CBI) has limited hours because of the pandemic. On the Kinek website it said they were open until 5pm on Friday and Saturday until 3 or 4, which was the reason I picked them over other places in the area. I was driving in from Canada and noticed on Google (and their website) that they actually closed at 4 on Friday and did not open Saturday. I had to leave the house hours early because of it, just to see on their door that they are actually open on Saturdays (the receptionist told me the owner has known about this issue on the website for a while but didn't fix it). Also, CASH ONLY - I just happened to have US dollars in my wallet, otherwise they would have made me go to an ATM and pay fees for it. No receipt was provided, this looks like a under the table operation. No space for you to open your boxes and discard packaging (even though they had tons of space inside the building for it), only a dumpster in the parking lot in the freezing cold. If you can, go to CBI.

I was very impressed with this location NewYork Mailbox. I had a used transmission shipped to this location last week, and picked it up on Monday and they were very accommodating, prices are great!! Joanne was very helpful at the front desk and Vivian was a wonderful woman who was very nice, courteous and explained everything in detail. :) I will definitely use this company should the situation arise. They are very close to the border. Thanks again to Vivian and staff for the great work and help!!. Highly recommended!! AAA++++Tino

I have a very positive experience here and the front desk was friendly. I love that I am able to track when my package has arrived. I also love that I don’t need to pay a monthly fee to rent a PO and instead pay for packages that are received.

Very pleased with the service here. Will continue to use their services. It definitely beats opening a PO Box in WNY, which may not even always accept packages. It would be great if they would accept letters as well for a small fee. But packages only is fine for now. Definitely recommend Kinek and this location.

CLIENT BEWARE!This place returned to sender one of two large boxes without my consent and without notice or contact. I drove there to pick up items I needed TODAY for my business and yet they claimed they returned it as they could hear broken glass. They stated its policy for liability reasons, but they failed to acknowledge my agreement with the supplier who would have rectified the problem without delays or accrued charges. There were multiple lamps in the packages, 40 to be exact. The problem is they returned to sender a package without notifying me that:(a) it came broken and(b) they shipped it back without my consent to return the package.This causes a supply issue, time to reship the entire package, a wasted trip with a paid driver (due to size of boxes) to their receiving location, in addition to my time, and now my business is inoperable due to the missing lamps. To date, there is no FedEx tracking as proof the box was shipped considering the item was delivered two days ago. Their website does not state this 'liability' policy, and the miscommunication and cover up of the incident keeps getting more intricate and absurd as I have never received broken lamps in the past; they are properly packaged and boxes state 'Fragile' all over. As I have enquired with other similar businesses in the area, it is unusual and not a receiver's decision to return to sender parcels. An absolute disaster in trying to resolve the issue and trying to recoup my losses from the responsible party. Time is money, and this place is definitely not worth your time and money with their lack of professionalism. Highly recommend Kuhns Storage Services! down the street, 200 Portage Rd, Niagara Falls,  Don't judge a book by its cover as the building is dated, but the owner, Brian, is friendly and reputable. I should have listened to my acquaintances that had recommended Kuhns Storage in the first place.
