Very poor customer service from this location. I went 3 times to buy a proper non slip shoes but they have a slightly damage piece on sketcher’s brand but I was not happy to buy that one. I told the salespersons about my concern because I am going to use this for my workplace but no one can help me I heard so many “NO”s instead of solving this issue. I don’t want to go back a place like this .

This review is about a supervisor by the name of Tina. My mother had ordered and paid for a pair of black shoes in her size to the store and when she asked the worker working at the time if the other pair of shoes (the same shoes just a tan colour) she was looking at would be the same price if she changed her mind when the black shoes came in and could compare them, the worker said she could choose which ever shoe as they are the same price the colour doesn’t matter. When my mom and I went in today to compare the shoes she chose the other tan pair of shoes the worker at the front said she was going to get refunded for the black pair and she’ll pay for the tan pair. When she went to pay for the tan pair they were significantly more expensive. And Tina, the supervisor comes over and starts telling her that she can’t have it for the same price, it’s policy, who the worker that told her they were the same price was, along with tons of attitude. My mother was getting quite upset and told her she didn’t want anything and tried to leave. At which point Tina said “fine just give her what she wants, whatever. Just give her what she wants” and I had to tell Tina myself that I’m a manager as well and even if another worker makes a mistake and tells a customer the wrong thing you still have to honour what the original worker said and maybe not scrutinize the customer instead have a talk with the worker next time and do everything you can to keep the customer happy. My mother was very nice to an undeserving Tina and kept cutting me off when I tried to question Tina on why she was being so disrespectful and stubborn.

I had a bizarre experience today at this store. We went there to buy a shoe for my wife. While she was trying out a few different shoes, all of a sudden her shoe went missing. I did suspect that an employee who was organizing the shelf might have accidentally put the shoe back in an empty box, nevertheless I was not sure but still asked him. He told me that he didn’t know where my wife’s shoe was. While I was talking to him, two other employees joined, I believe one was the manager and other person was the associate. The associate lady was pretty aggressive from the beginning, her first suggestion was that the shoes were probably stolen and she couldn’t do anything. It was such a stupid explanation because there was only two other customers in the store other than us. I told her that I don’t think it is stolen but rather it was accidentally boxed back as I saw many shoes in the rack similar to my wife’s shoes. This associate replied with a condescending tone that they know to not touch dirty shoes. I asked if I could look at the camera footage if she was not going to help, which she refused.My wife was now sitting there without her shoes and this employee offered no help other than insisting my wife look around while also telling that the shoes were probably stolen. Meanwhile, the other two employees took my concern seriously and searched in the boxes. Sure enough, they found the shoes in one of the boxes on the rack.I asked the associate who was arguing with me if she had any thing to say now that my hypothesis was correct. Now she started arguing further telling me that she didn’t put my wife’s shoes in the box.Here is my take away, if this was my store , this would have been her last day working there. She has no manners and doesn’t know how to deal with customers. We still spent more than $100, we would have spent more, but thanks to this person, we decided to leave and never come back.If the store owner is reading and truly care for the success of your store, please let her go so that another customer will not walk out losing you money.

Very positive experience here yesterday. It was my first time in one of their stores and I was impressed with the high level of customer service I received from all 3 of the individuals that were working. I'll definitely return in the future!

The manager on duty was extremely rude to me just because of a band shirt I was wearing. She also proceeded to follow me around the store and glare at me the whole time. I have very small feet (5.5) so it's rare many stores have my size, but she was very rude about we can't justify making a whole section for your size

Spent 100$ on what was advertised as a great quality pair of kids ‘Arctic Tracks’ boots. Less than 30 days later my child has been in tears twice because his feet were so cold. I called the store to ensure a return would not be a problem, but because I don’t have the cardboard box they can’t be returned. Ridiculous. Their reason is because they can’t scan them back in the system. This is illogical because they had just been able to tell me exactly what I had purchased, including the cost, by giving them my phone number that was used to sign up to be a member. Honestly, it’s 2022. Refusing a return because you didn’t keep the box is simply bad business. Neither the original staff or manager seemed to care at all, just repeating “that’s our policy.” Well, the policy is illogical but a great way to show that “The Shoe Company” doesn’t care about their customers or standing behind their products. Terrible.

The assistant manager was so helpful here , I was looking for a specific pair of shoes for my semi formal and she helped so much with choosing a shoe that fit comfortably and had style , I was able to wear them all night and they were good quality shoes . I recommend this place . The assistant manager was so sweet .
