We just had our security system updated at our Service Ontario office.Joe McCann our customer service rep at Bulldog Fire and Security set up the whole program. He even gave us a loyalty customer discount. Thanks Joe!The installation was quick, professional and completed well ahead of schedule. The installer was knowledgeable and explained the operation of the new system in detail. The office was left as clean as he found it.All this was completed with social distancing.Thanks again

Overall completely dissatisfied with our experience. Lack of followup, planning and general lack of concern for their customers.We tried really hard to be fair and work with these people, but were left with a non-fully functioning alarm system. Misquoted three times. Improperly billed that was left without followup for 6 months.We actually assisted pulling cables, drilling holes and setting up the system because we felt bad for the installer, however we ended being billed for our time assisting....After our install we had an issue with a sensor and keypad. That service request was left sitting in limbo for over 3 months. We ended up having to redo our security system with a new company because we needed support and service that Bulldog was unwilling to do.I do not recommend wasting your time or money with this company. They will leave you high and dry.

Very happy with their service and price. Tech arrived at our house on time never once took his mask off, hand sanitized often and put cloths under the feet of his ladder so it would not scratch our floorThey went through the new alarm system for our home with us, explained how it worked, tested all the devices and made sure we felt comfortable operating it.Overall experience was very impressive

Totally inept company. Routinely lies about service times and when techs will be on-site. Never follows up or gives callbacks for emergency or routine service. We were left with non-functioning door control systems several times due to an incompetent tech coming on-site and leaving without testing or completing their work.We received incorrect bills many times and it always took several calls and emails to get it straightened out.They are routinely understaffed and constantly cancel and reschedule appointments because their techs got caught on an emergency call" What this really means is one of their only 2 or 3 techs that know anything were overbooked and weren't going to get to your job anyways.Run far away."

Great security company ! When we decided to have a security system installed , my first choice was Bulldog Fire & Security . Ron and staff were great to work with , professional , trusted and knowledgable on all systems . We are extremely pleased with the security system they recommended and installed . Thanks John for a great installation and overview.....but most of all .....being prepared with all personal protective equipment .....very respectful and considerate during these COVID times .

Some of the material ordered took a little longer than expected but other than that there customer service was great, especially natalie and Francis, they were amazing.
