Forever 21

So much selection. The employee was very helpful. I don’t know his name, but he is Indian / south Asian. Super friendly and made sure my shopping experience was well. Great prices & sales. It’s mostly urban planet.

Ugh. TERRIBLE. I had called the store at 1:00 on Sunday, Dec 3, 2017. I was looking for a specific shirt as I had ordered it online and when it came it ended up being too small for me. The size I wanted was also sold out online at this point. Previous to calling the Square One location, I had called the Bramalea City Center location and they informed me that they did not have it but Square one had a full stock. Cool.When I called I gave the product #, size and colour. It took awhile, but once the girl finally came back on the phone, she informed me they have 2 mediums in the white. Perfect! I asked her how long they could hold it for and she informed me 3 hours. I asked her to hold it for the full 3 hours. What a drag, I had to rush there, but I really wanted this top. Mind you, I don't live near square one. So I had to drive a distance just for this top.When I got there, I found an associate and she brought me to the holds area. She gets the shirt and it's the wrong colour and the wrong size. There was a note on the tag that said 'last one in store, sorry' and it was hole punched, which apparently meant it was the absolute last one in store. I didn't get mad at the girl helping me and she did double check the system for me. However, WHY WOULD the girl on the phone tell me there were TWO in store??! I'm also pretty sure, she could've called me back after realizing her mistake. You guys don't have caller ID? So i wasted my time AND gas, coming here. Like I mentioned, I don't live close. So this was a total inconvenience.

A cashier called Megan is extremely rude. I've unfortunately interacted with her twice, and each time I'm at the line, I hope and pray that I don't have to interact with the woman. She doesn't know a thing about custimer service.Also, the other salespeople have formed a group kind of a thing. I think they come to the store to discuss their personal problems than help people. Never have I ever seen a salesperson helping out a customer. They are never present there.I love shopping at Forever 21 but the Square One location has made me wary of going there and I try to stay away due to these bad experiences.Forever 21 Square One really needs to work on their customer service and maybe hire new, better people cause frankly, IT SUCKS.

It was good. The employees were nice and even though there were so many people because of boxing day, the cashiers worked quickly while staying patient! Really cute clothes in several sizes.

I was very excited when I entered the store as my eye caught many items instantly when I walked in. One in particular was a dress on a mannequin. I searched the store high and low to only find it in a medium which I tried on even though I knew I would be a small. The medium didn't fit so I checked the one on the mannequin which was a small. Great! Not. I asked a sales associate who spoke to me like I was stupid and said did you check the dress section? I said yes...and the whole store multiple times. She said they cannot take items off the mannequin but they can put it on hold for me to pick up when they switch it out. I live an hour and half away...I was not driving back to pick up a $25 dress that could easily be replaced with the medium one I just tried on. I then spoke to the manager who did absolutely nothing but ask a sales associate?! Who walked over....came back and said the same thing. I repeated I live an hour and half away...I'm not driving back, is it that hard to just switch it out? He repeated the same thing. They didn't even offer to ship it to my house or anything... Absolutely terrible customer service. Apparently they have a visual policy" where they can't adjust the mannequins during store hours?.... This is just so ridiculous for so many reasons."

i bought 2 items today, came back home and figured out 1 of them still have the magnetic pin. So now how can i wear it huh??? I live in St.Catharines and there isn't any store around here, how silly i am to drive 96 km to the only store nearest to take off that thing

The worst customer service ever.On Sunday 29th at 6:40 I was there trying to find shoes and then I had to leave to pick up something and came back at 7:00 exactly and they wouldn’t let me in. That was not even the problem I was first talking to the blonde girl which looked around 17, I can’t even explain how disrespectful that girl was. I was simply just asking her a question and she was giving me attitude for absolutely no reason. So I asked to speak to the manager a girl with short curly hair showed up and she claimed to be the manger for today. I know that girl was not the manger and if she was then I guess The company just hires anyone and promotes anyone to be a manager. I clearly made a complain about the customer service explained how the blonde girl has a smirk on her face when I asked to speak to the manger. And the “manager” just said okay and walked away. Honestly this so disgusting you guys need to train and hire polite people on the floor because at the end of the day those girls r representing forever21. So disappointed. I do not recommend at all.

My fiancee was made to wait outside the change rooms like a dog while I tried some clothing. At first, I couldn't even show him how the clothes looked on me. What are we 5 years old? What's up with the archaic and prude mentality?Get with the program. Wait, but there is a loophole...lmao, men are not allowed to watch/make suggestions to their partners while they change. So, have them pick some random unwanted clothing sizes, that way, they get a room beside you and can actually do what any other person can do at any other store, which is, observe

Some deals are great but good luck finding products from the website in the actual store. Most associates don't know where to direct customers when they're looking for a specific item so it literally turns into going on a mini treasure hunt. Their return policy (or lack thereof) is horrible, it's exchange only within a few weeks and I don't think they advertise that fairly. Most people want to know they're able to return something for a full refund incase they change their mind, etc.

Not at all in the Forever 21 demographic but went shopping with a friend here and have to say, they had some great stuff! With neon being hot for summer, seeing some oversized neon pink and tangerine jean certainly jackets got my attention -- so cute!The Square One store is pretty big with stuff for kids, men, women and even plus sizes. Lots of fun stuff that's well priced, not made to last forever but long enough to carry off some of the trends without killing your budget.
