MINI Victoria

I had been looking for JCW Countryman for quite a while, and test drove a demo model at my local MINI Dealer. However, there were no used late models available for sale. When I saw one advertised at MINI Victoria, I immediately called and I was connected with Charles Scrooby. He was extremely helpful and answered all my questions. he was so helpful and reassuring that I bought the car without physically seeing the car or test driving it! When I eventually picked up the car, I was royally treated and everything was done very professionally. When it was time to deal with all the financial aspects of the purchase, I was introduced to Josh. He too, was very professional and patiently guided me through all the paperwork. It was altogether a very enjoyable and exciting day for me!

Just took possession of our 2023 Mini Cooper SE. Just delighted with the car, and were very pleased with the entire process. I have been working with Rueben and Daniel since the Fall. Most likely annoying them as I slowly moved towards my purchase. I recently purchased a 2015 Mini Cooper Convertible online and sight unseen from Victoria Mini and Daniel Baker. The service was exemplary from Daniel. By keeping in contact with me regarding my questions to storing the car on their lot for almost a month until I could get there from the Okanagan, to picking me up at the airport the day I arrived. The paper work was all completed when I arrived and there was no pressure to buy add-ons. The car was everything I saw on the online photos, clean and ready for pickup (plus a full tank). Highly recommend them.
