The moment I spoke to the staff in the office to schedule the service we knew we'd had made the right choice. Our technician Elliot was courtious and quick to come up with solutions to our challenges. While the job grew larger as the day progressed, there was no hesitation to stay late and get the job done. Would most definitely recommend Comfort Tech.

I used comfort tech to install a new furnace and A/C unit in 2018, and used them for regular maintenance every year since then. The furnace and A/C unit have been working excellent ever since. The service techs are always kind, courteous and knowledgeable, and the office staff is very friendly.

My experience with Comfort Tech was amazing. From the first time I talked to Taylor who was very friendly, prompt and directed my call to Nick. Nick was extremely knowledgeable, very efficient and an amazing salesman. He went above and beyond in answering all of the questions that my Strata had and got things done right away. Jeffrey and Max did a great job installing the heat pump system and Tim the electrician was awesome too. Absolutely appalled with the service Comfort Tech providedThey were contacted to fix my heat pump unit, which they were here for approx 2hrs and diagnosed a small leek and got our unit running temporarily for a cost of $800.After two and a half months later I rang them when our unit stopped working and was told our job had been lost and the full repair would cost $2460.00 which included a 10% discount!!I then went and talked to them in person and they couldn’t find my quote on file but emailed me later confirming the repair cost.After being disgusted with the amount of the repair I reached out to another company who came and fixed the leek, regased and checked our unit at a cost of $350.00WOULD HIGHLY NOT RECOMMEND COMFORT TECH PLEASE CHECK THEIR PRICING!

For two years running I have had Comfort Tech Heating & Cooling in Kelowna come to my home to either service my furnace or give a health report for insurance purposes. Both times have been very happy with the work and the great customer service. You can't go wrong with this company.

We had a comfort tech crew come in and replace a hot water tank. We called to schedule the service, and they ordered and replaced the hot water tank the next day. They were courteous, professional and efficient. We would recommend using this company.

I have found Comfort Tech Heating & Cooling to be very professional and extremely customer service oriented. I had my tankless water heater serviced today by Nathen who took the time to show me and explain what he was doing and how best to keep it in top working order. He showed up within the time frame itemized, was very friendly, knowledgeable and cleaned up after himself and even took the time to ask if I had any questions.I would highly recommend Comfort Tech Heating & Cooling as its nice to be able to count on a company that values its customers.Lorenzo

I was in the middle of a full scale renovation and my furnace was full of dust and half the ducting in my home was torn out when the furnace stopped working. This was a huge concern as it was the middle of winter. Comfort tech sent out a service tech by the name of Aussie Mike first thing in the morning. This guy was great, super professional, knowledgeable and he got my furnace cleaned up and running right away. What I liked best was how thorough he was and that he was able to reassure me that my furnace had not been damaged and simply needed a quick clean followed by a through clean once our Reno was done. Definitely a relief!

Comfort Tech replaced our furnace and AC. They were informative but never pushy. They performed the installation on the two days allocated, for the estimated price and left our mechanical room tidy and clean. They were a pleasure to do business with and the equipment is very quiet.
