My advice to any body want to go to this terible płace ...very bad people , you can even expect go True the horror , this people are no joke they may damage your car they may abuse you if you do not want to go their way , I cannot said to many details to avoid any revenge but seriously do not left your car with them ...my advice

I was having the worst day of my life when my car died mid highway, the only place open and available to do anything was guy. He tried everything to get me back on the road again and even stayed back 3 hours later than he had intended and on a long weekend nonetheless. They didn't leave until I had made all my arrangements and they even helped me print my bus ticket as my vehicle is undrivable and needs a specialty part. Very friendly and knowledgeable. A Total Godsend! Thx guy! You two totally took customer service to a whole new level! I look forward to seeing you again soon to pick up my beep beep!

Great customer service. We had just come across on the ferry, 10 mins down the road on manitoulin island we noticed our right rear brakes and hub was smoking and really hot. Being as we had a 6 trip back home we needed to find a place that could check out what was going on and make sure we could get back home. Everywhere else we called wouldn’t help. Booked 2 weeks out.This place made an exception and got us in. Thankfully there was nothing major wrong and we were able to continue on our way.Thank you so much for helping us out.

Had a really bad humming/whistling noise on my van, stopped by and they told us the exhaust was clogged….which made absolutely no sense because of how far we were driving with the noise. Front desk lady and mechanic had an attitude when I even slightly questioned it and told me not to question the mechanic. Went to a different shop and guess what the noise was coming from? Loose rack on my roof. My suggestion is don’t come here, they’ll try to take advantage of you if they think you don’t know anything about cars.

My partner and I ran into some trouble with our Honda Accord on a road trip, pulled into Guy's, and were met with the warm and helpful staff there. The mechanic worked quickly and efficiently, and we were back on the road in no time. It was a huge relief to us to find such friendly and competent service far from home!
