Frank is very knowledgeable in this field and he found many issues and we could plan accordingly. He was patient and answered most of our questions. We strongly recommend everyone to do a home inspection before buying an old house and Frank is the right man to help you out during the process.

We've used Summit twice now and they've been great!!! They helped us out the first time on short notice and were professional and understood our time limit. The second time we used them they were very knowledgeable and thorough, answered any questions we had and was available afterwards for follow-up questions. All around a great guy and I would recommend Summit to anyone looking for an inspection!!!

My husband and I hired Frank for our PDI on our brand new built home. He was great, thorough and paid much attention to detail. Especially with a new home this was very important. Frank wrote up and sent us a 60 page detailed report with everything that he noticed from the home and what needed to be fixed. I don’t think he missed anything and it was incredible the report. I wasn’t expecting anything like it and I was extremely satisfied. Thanks so much Frank I will definitely be recommending you to others!

The home inspection here comes with bells and whistles such as infra-red imaging and moist meter while being a lot more affordable than it's competitors. Frank was very professional in handling the inspection and gave great attention to detail, not missing anything, be it small or big. He was also very punctual and friendly as well. I would recommend him to anyone needing a home inspection.
