Apparently no cars are to be parked on city streets from 2:30-6 am.Ticketed for parking on highway, although it was a city street. Officer noted “Signs posted at major city entrances” even though didn’t see one coming off the actual highway exit and no signage on street.The bonus is when you pay online they charge an extra 2$ for a “convenience fee”
