Can't get through the phone. I was on hold for almost 2 hours yesterday and told to call back again when the receptionist would come back agaon today. I would suggest just going directly there.

Called them and left a voicemail with my contact information and never got a call back, its been 4 weeks or longer now... never recommending nor contacting them again.

I have used the services in the past and has been pretty good! The phone problem is just that, a problem anytime I have tried to call I get the automated, and by the time I am permitted to access the reception phone, it rings, then beeps then rings again and so on! I have been to the office and it's a very small place with maybe 10 or 15 people working there and yet they don't answer the phone! It's been like that for years! This is really frustrating for someone who really needs help and is probably really stressed out!
