It's hard to get along with the people that work there. They don't hold their staff up to the same high standards they expect from new employees - the turnaround for new employees is very high for a reason. They don't uphold COVID guidelines and practices - making for an uncomfortable workplace. Management versus supervisors don't see eye to eye - making for a confusing workplace where one person is telling you to do the job they hired you to do one way, and another person telling you to do it another way. There's rude staff as well and supervisors that would rather sweep things under the rug opposed to treating everyone with common respect.

-20 to -30 mixed with heavy lifting surprisingly isnt good for your body

Top notch location. Nice ppl, clean facility, organized and quickly unloaded. Lots of truck parking at Shell less than 2 minutes away. Check in at gate with trk, trl and po numbers

it's good pay job if you can handle the hard work

Nice people and straight forward and simple unloading procedures, truck parking available on fenette rd, live unloading usually take average 2 hours, real washroom available at shipping/receiving room. ($1000 fine for no safety vest and safety boots, the boots they don’t check ;)
