It truly was 5-star service from the moment I called in to the moment they finished packing up and left. I contracted them for a deep furnace clean and they exceeded all my expectations.The quality of work was fantastic and they managed to leave my home cleaner then when they entered. But what really mattered most to me, was the top tier level of customer experience I received. They were incredibly friendly from the moment I opened my door right up until they drove away. It was nice to have a team come in that wasn't just there to work and leave. We toured over the house to make sure no duct or vent would be missed and he took the time to explain to my exactly what he would be doing with each step of the process and made sure I knew what was going to happen and that most importantly I was getting exactly what I was expecting. Miguel is amazing! The customer service is above and beyond! He’s very professional and personable! He did our long over due furnace ducts and dryer vents, which took much longer than expected as they were nasty and his pricing did not change! VERY reasonable pricing. I’d say even underpriced! We recently hired S & J Maintenance to assist with cleaning a house prior to moving. They were responsive to all communication and provided a free estimate. On cleaning day the staff arrived on time and were both friendly to work with and efficient cleaners. We required additional cleaning and they went over and above to accommodate us.
