Nails & Tails Mobile Dog Grooming

Nails and Tails did a fantastic job grooming our pups. She arrived on time and did a nail trim on our two chihuahua's and a full groom on our Hungarian Puli. This was our first time using a mobile groomer, it was so convenient and comfortable for our dogs not to have to travel. She did a great job and we would highly recommend, we found our new groomer after just moving to Ancaster :) Try her you won't be disappointed.

Madelaine was extremely accommodating and even came to groom my two puppers on a Sunday! They were both very happy when they came back inside after being groomed and looking beautiful! Fantastic service. Very happy dogs and a very happy customer.

Never replys to messages of any kind on Facebook. Doesnt return phone calls with multiple voice messages left. And never answers the phone.

First I had a wonderful groomer that unfortunately after five years of grooming my dog's beautifully she moved out of town. After reading reviews I figured I would give this lady a try I kept in very good contact with her the weeks leading up to my appointment I made my request very clear I asked that both my dogs be completely shaved down as I need their grooming to last about three months each. On top of the 150 I even gave this lady an additional $20 to spend a little extra time with my elderly anxious dog something she did not do .when I received my dogs they look like they had only had a bath and a tiny bit of a face trim she didn't even take Clippers to them and the job was so poorly done I felt robbed of my money I will never use her nor will I ever recommend her to anybody .

Waited a month for our appointment. Was ready at the time, had to wait one full hour past our appt time for them to show up. No communication about her needs in terms of plugging in". She says "This is why I don't do apartments." Well

I used her once and she was great. Never again. Three times I had to contact HER after she said she would let me know if my appt was cancelled due to covid....never did I called her. Then I rebooked and she said would get back to me. NEver did. Then i made another appt through email and when I went to confirm she said her van was in the shop and may be ready and would let me know. but never initiated the contact...I did! Lucky I did or I would l have been waiting. She said she would follow up. NEver did. Then I emailed AGAIN and made an appointment for today and I confirm yesterday. Time comes, no phone call, no visit ......no room on her voicemail. Who has no room on a business voicemail repeatedly? I get an email half hour after appt time saying she ran out of water and would come tomorrow. I said forget it. I worked my day around so much. No room in voicemails and no phone calls. Its sad because she is a good groomer with good prices but ZERO business skills and very unreliable. I feel bad leaving this review but I had to tell the truth and share my two month long frustrating experience.

Madelaine is so wonderful with my Irish setter. He is 12 with arthritis and no longer get into jeep to take him for his nails ext.. she come right to my door and treats him so well that when he sees her pull up tails wagging and his teeth are clattering lol

Nails and tails has been cutting my Kelso's nails for almost a year now. Great price and even better that she comes to me. Kelso loves her ! She is very professional and is excellent at what she does! I recommend her to everyone I know! If Kelso could talk her would tell you the same thing !w !

A fantastic groomer! We moved out this way a few months ago and have been in search of a groomer. The convenience of having them come to you is great. Time and attention were paid, and it shows in her work. Charlie looks and smells great! Will definitely keep using Nails & Tails.
