Good place. Nice staff. Helpful when needed. Happy to answer questions/concerns. The building is clean and they take pride in keeping it clean. They do keep the facility as safe as possible.

Staff are always amazing. I only left because I did not require their services anymore.

Not happy had to stand in a lineup for 35 minutes just to buy cards because bare not sold on the floor there I play the Spirit bingo they sell them on the floor there also it is so dark in there is had a hard time seeing my cards marked the wrong number a couple of times my eyesight isn't the best so all in all it was a horrible experience with all the money people put in there you think you guys could do better

I recall this address used to be a Loblaws and something like a Kmart. Now, it is the location of one of the Martin's storage units, a Treasure Chest Bingo Centre and a usually empty, half-a-dozen, tiny retail fronts.The Treasure Chest Bingo Centre probably accounts for most of the cars parked nearby. It's quite a palatial Centre with lots of hardwood and quiet except for the caller and some take-a-chance machines behind a door in the corner. Besides a paid staff who sell tickets and report bingos, there are two volunteers from one of about 68 charities or non-profits who work a two-hour shift to earn money for their group. These volunteers are trained and expected to meet high standards in their dress and behaviour.

Nice clean hotel , very nice owner who works with you to make sure you get what you need at a very fair price. Best rates in Kingston I think.
