This is a product that should make Canadians proud! It is definitely on a par with chocolates from Europe. I’m missing the walk in capability during Covid though.

Superb quality and customer service. Despite 2 of my selections being out of stock, probably due to Valentines being around the corner, Minori helped me with ordering a custom box of 34 chocolates from Cococo and they arrived damage-free to my friend in the US after a few days. They still tasted delicious despite the lengthy distance.I suggest getting the PB&J or Salted Peanut Butter.

Toured the plant as part of Doorsopenyyc. A very interesting tour (with samples.) Learned some history of the cocoa trade as well. Definitely worth the visit.

We had a plant tour on a DO YYC day. The owner is nice and knowledgeable. Chocolate sampling is fun and delicious. We learned the history of chocolate and how chocolate is made.

Great people who, like most businesses these days, are showing some signs of stress. Regardless, they deliver and the product is fantastic. We do a major order every year for gifts to our customers. This product is loved by all.

I’ve been enjoying your beautiful chocolates since 2007 and I’m hooked for life. After not trying them for a year or so, we picked up 50+ of them over the last couple weeks.I really enjoy them all but I thought I’d give you the feedback that I found it hard to tell apart most of the square shaped ones when choosing which ones to eat. I wish they had identifying marks like brightly coloured specks or something on the tops. I don’t think the picture map shows all the chocolates that are in my bag (I don’t see the Drunken Cherry, Black Currant) and I could be wrong but are the photos for the Dark Salted Caramel and the Thai Ginger switched/in the wrong places? Most of the older Bernard chocolates look incredibly different from each other…I wish that were the case for all these newer square ones…they would be easier to enjoy.The other piece of feedback I wanted to pass on is that for some reason I don’t love the toffee anymore. When I used to get it, it was one of my ultimate favourites but now the texture is way firmer and there’s something about it that tastes less robust. It used to have a softer texture that was more “chewable.” I wish it would be made that way again or else be turned into a harder brittle candy. The texture now seems to be in the middle between soft and brittle and is really hard to chew…sticks in my teeth lol. At the (Edmonton Manulife Place) store I used to get them at in the early 2010’s, I remember that making sure the toffee was soft (and not going brittle from sitting out too long) was part of their quality control.By the way, I’m so happy that you make all these tasty chocolates, I am a forever a superfan customer!!!
