This place is located in a new area in Brossard. We got lucky to find a parking. This restaurant is right next to a hotel. The esthetic of this place is very nice, it's gives Tokyo vibesOur waiter was very nice and knew everything about the menu.I got myself a spicy margarita and it was indeed spicy and satisfies my cravings. They have tapas options on the menu as well as big plates. We decided to order a few different staff from the tapas optionWe got the beef gyoza and they were so so good. Definitely recommend these. We got the Edamame which were good, nothing special. The tuna tataki was good aswell, really likes the sauce on this. The fried cauliflower was actually really good and light for it being fried so we really liked that .And the Sable fish was one of the best, the fish was cooked to perfection and was light aswellTo end the night we got a creme brulee and an espresso Martini, both were okay nothing special. There was alot of groups when we went so I think it's a good place for small and big groups. Plus they have a very nice bar area

Spacious and modern spot for Izakaya-inspired food, although in practice is more of a restaurant than an Izakaya. The meals are okay, but the portions are quite small though. The interior decor vibes come off as a combination of Asian-themed symbols and futuristic neon lights, which is interesting.

Ramen was incredible, so were the drinks! Love the neon signs, really gives a Japan atmosphere here especially at nighttime, would definitely come back, waiter had incredible fast service with us!

One of the best Japanese restaurants we have in the south shore. The food is excellent, try the ramens, we went for a birthday dinner and the ambience was beyond perfect. The service too was great and will definitely come back.

We were expecting a lot from this place and got really disappointed. No flavour in the food. For the ramen, we could only taste the salt and pepper... creme brulee was too burn as well. The only thing that was good was the Kani Korroke.

I went to this restaurant on New Years' eve with some friends. The restaurant had a special 7-course omakase menu including dessert and a small glass of champagne. The price was $120 per person. Truthfully, the food isn't exceptional enough to warrant that amount, but given that it's a unique occasion, it was acceptable. I would suggest $100 for future events. The restaurant was fairly empty, which may have been the intention with the entry price - to keep a quieter atmosphere for the guests. As such, the atmosphere was very pleasant. Staff was extremely friendly and attentive as always (we've been there before - service is always top notch).Overall, the food was very good, but not exceptional. I want to be clear in this description - I've been to many high-end Japanese restaurants in different countries, and I'm trying to make a fair comparision - for this price level. High-end Japanese food, or a Michelin star restaurant, have very little in common with what was served. However, the food at Iru Izakaya is excellent for a medium price" fusion restaurant. I don't want to understate that. Notably

It's a very cozy and chic restaurant. The decoration was stunning (it had lots of Japanese funky decorations (Japanese characters neon lights etc). The cocktails are definitely on point. I didn't have the chance to try all the cocktails menu but the two that I had tried were super delicious (mix of Japanese flavor like calpico, yuzu and of course matcha). The food menu, I was a bit disappointed. The food quality wasn't great. The taste was average. The maguro tataki was the worst (the tuna pieces were chewy and the sauce is lack of flavor).I won't suggest you to eat there. But I will highly recommend the cocktail menu.Overall, great place to hang out and for a date.

Meal was great although keep in mind the portions are on the smaller side. I recommend ordering multiple menu items. The ambiance was great and the waiters were knowledgeable of the menu. Great experience overall!

Great atmosphere. There's an open patio for outside seating. Very busy restaurant and recommend reservations. Had duck fried rice, little salty for me. They don't have sushi at this restaurant.

Great new place is Solar Dix30! Food was good and interior decor is trendy. We really enjoyed the food but the scent of charcoal was a bit strong. We received our seat at least 3 weeks in advance and when we told that there were only seats at the bar available.
