i was crossing at pigeon river last Friday and had some problems with the paperwork and almost no cell phone reception. called the lady's from ghy in Emerson. i could hear them but they couldn't hear me. they figured it all out and made sure that they get the right paperwork from the shipper. told me to hang tight for a bit. 45 min later good to cross. real pros. maybe a bit more expensive then Livingston but 100% better. thx.

Jessica from GHY (Winnipeg Office) was appointed to customs certify a shipment that my trucking company (Welkin Transport Ltd.) was hauling from California to Alberta. There was a few issues in getting it certified, but Jessica had called me and notified me about them. She then thoroughly followed up with me and made sure everything got sorted out. She was very professional and responsive and I highly recommend GHY for any customs clearance that is needed!

Kim and the gang in Unit 7 knocked one out of the park last Friday. We had an issue at the border and of course it was after 5 pm. So who's open after 5 pm in gov't or in the the broker business...? No one EXCEPT GHY!! They stayed with us through the process, the reps gave us their personal cell numbers helped us with clearances and essentially turned a potential 20-30 thousand dollar loss of perishable goods into a delivery that reached our docks. They never gave up on us and we'll never forget it.

$250 setup fee for opening account? Seriously?and the guy who talked to me like a customer officer, I called the other broker and setup my account instantly without any charge.
