Average Joes did an excellent job on our Roof, and the clean up afterwards. There was No nails to be found, no garbage left laying around. All In all very professional and friendly crew. The Owner Joe, explained everything, told us when they were leaving and when they would be back. Also always very polite and courteous as well. They also thoroughly cleaned out our eaves after they were done. Just icing on the cake for a Job well done. The new colors look great, over all very happy with the Job done. I would 100% recommend Average joes.

Got a quote, knew we were worried about Spring so fit us in to ensure done before melt, communicated every step of the way, repaired leaks/rotten plywood, completed the full re shingle quickly, clean up and all handled professionally and as promised! 100% satisfied and would recommend!

Average Joes was recommended to me by a friend. I sent him a text and received a response very quickly. The quote was provided through text message with a link to the detailed description of the work. It was very convenient. They accommodated my project quickly as it was somewhat time sensitive due to the poor condition of my current shingles. Joe's crew was professional and also personable. Great to have a friendly crew working on your home. Every bit of extra work outside of the quote was communicated and explained to me before proceeding with the work. Joe and the crew assessed which areas needed attention and limited the amount of extra OSB replacement, which was appreciated, as it in some cases companies replace more than is necessary. They informed me of some structural repairs I should make on my awning as well, and refrained from shingling, as it wouldn't have lasted long. Joe even offered to come back and shingle a new awning for me when I build a new one. Everyday they finished work for the day they cleaned up all scraps and nails and stored their equipment neatly in my yard, it didn't even feel like a jobsite when I came home after the first day. I would recommend Average Joes to anyone who is interested in supporting a local small business, requires good quality work with affordable rates, and is unsure of who to call with the plethora of other avenues to pursue. I hope to use them again to shingle my detached garage.

Poor install job - a large section of shingles blew off in the 1st week, on the plus side they repaired it quickly.Fast forward a few months and it was discovered that the peak caps were not done. Company has missed 6 appointments so far to finish the job - only received a reason / response for the missed appointments twice - 'we're too busy'. Other than that, they do not call to let you know if its going to be missed or even reschedule.Find a different company.

I just had joe and his crew reshingle my house and what a fabulous job joe and his crew did. From the call for an estimate to the installation everything went smooth and worry free. The estimate was fast and the most complete of the 5 estimates i got and I was never left waiting. I highly recommend average Joe's, good work fair prices and the experience really was worry free. 5 stars earned with a big thanks to Joe his wife and crew. Joe and his team are pros at what they do.Great bunch of guys to have working in our yard. They arrived on time, got to work and did a great job. It was hot and Joe made sure his guys took regular breaks and kept well hydrated. Just what a responsible businessman does for his employees. They cleaned up regularly throughout the day so there was no litter to worry about. They left the yard very clean.I would highly recommend AJR to anyone that wants a professionally done job at a reasonable price.

Saw the job they did on my neighbours house, and booked them immediately. Professional work at competitive pricing. The crew are second to none, and Joe is the first one to tell them so. Had our house, and garage--even our Cat Patio done, and we could not recommend them higher. Average Joe does above average work. Such nice people.
