Rates are ok and location is good but the electric car charging does not work.

The Spanish lady is super nice my family and I always look forward to seeing her and the parking is safe and cheap

If you drive a Jeep Wrangler, stay away. Mine was broken into. Screwed up my center console and glovebox locks and there was nothing in them worth anything being taken. Silver lining that they didn't slice my soft top or windows. Guess I'll save my money and take the LRT unfortunately... I won't be back.

This company's policies are criminal !!!! I parked there on a Sunday afternoon for about an hour expecting to pay the daily flat rate of $3. I lost my ticket in the mall, and given that they have a flat rate I didn't think this would be much of an issue. On the way out I was horrified to find out that they wanted me to pay $18 because I lost the ticket! they charged me 6 times the flat rate fee because I lost the ticket. To make it worse I could not talk to anyone about this issue and the lady in the kiosk started to yell at me in front of other people in the parking lot for holding up the line. My experience was both frustrating and embarrassing. I would recommend not parking here. Use the meters outside or even one of the many other parking lot in the area. This company puts outlandish policies on their signs and then uses that as a way of taking advantage of unknowing customers. STAY AWAY!!!!!!!!
