WARNING - this guy was creeping my wife when she called for services, asked if she lived alone, and gave the overall feeling of the last person you want to have your laundry around. Report to police if you experience this type of behaviour!

No wonder why it is rated as it is , however would not recommend or rate this as below 0.5. There was o business response for almost 5 calls and later some angry rep picks the call and quotes $200 for service charges. Very arrogant, angry and not customer friendly.
