Sherwin-Williams Paint Store

The customer service is absolutely excellent at this store. I had some questions for Ian about some paint that I bought from one of their competitors and he went above and beyond to answer them. He was so helpful and extremely patient. He did an amazing job. The quality of there paint is better than anyone else. There was another young lady named Pavani who was great as well. They helped me tremendously and going forward all of my family and friends will only be buying paint from here. 5 stars earned!

Terrific experience. This was my first time choosing paint for a place and the people working there were friendly, honest and more than happy to answer my questions. The prices were also fairly reasonable.Really happy with how this turned out. It's not often that I go out of my way to write a google review, but this absolutely deserves it. Would go again.

This is a wonderful neighbourhood store which I visited for the first time last year and was quite happy with my experience. Ryan's expertise and knowledge made me feel comfortable with my selections. I returned this year once again for another paint project. This time, I dealt with Nikita who was kind, knowledgeable and made me feel appreciated and comfortable in the store. I would definitely return to this store again in the future and would not hesitate to recommend this location to my friends and family.

Excellent customer service, they have very knowledgeable, friendly, and efficient workers. Your order will be ready on the same day you call. Because of the pandemic they're doing curb side pickup so they'll come outside and drop your order by your car.

This is the worst location of SW I've ever visited.It was fine a few years back.The guy who works there recently is not interested in customers and sales. Not recommended.

I was on my way to Home Depot to choose paint when I decided to chance a Sherwin Williams store which I happened to see. I had the absolute best service that I have ever had in any store in years! Your staff, Ian McKenna and Sindi Milo were amazing from the moment I stepped into the store. They were friendly, knowledgeable, professional and very helpful in assisting me to choose what I wanted and needed. They took interest in what I expressed and made me feel like a valued customer offering me a cup of coffee to boot! There was no pressure , only kindness and outstanding service! I was totally impressed and have since told many friends. Of course, I bought my paint there and that is the only paint store I will visit henceforth. I do hope you commend them.

We needed specific information to fix an issue with our washroom ceiling that we have been trying to fix for months. The salesperson was very knowledgeable and explained to us why we were having the issue and showed us which product would fix it. My experience in this store was great!

They rep was reasonably nice and helpful. Keep your eyes open though as I was nearly charged for 3 paint tray liners when they are actually a package of 3.

Fast and friendly customer service. Naomi and her excellent customer service puts Home Depot Nearby to shame. She is truly a gem of an employee. Pleasure dealing with her. Please reward her in some way.
