We have been using Affinity for a number of years now and are always pleased to get cheques from them. They work hard and allow creditors the opportunity to recover losses that have affected their businesses and bottom lines. Keep up the good work!

Our Association use Affinity Credit Solutions for our collections for delinquent accounts. We have had an excellent experience in dealing with them. They have been professional, efficient and responsive in handling our accounts.

It’s easy to assume that reviews about a collections agency are biased, but there’s no way they’re legitimate.Switched from AMA auto insurance a while back, and shortly after I started receiving phone calls and emails from this company.Everything is so unprofessional, from errors in spelling/capitalization/punctuation to headlines like “why have you not paid?” and “send an immediate e transfer payment now”. An established business would never ask for an e transfer as their preferred payment method.If they were real at some point, how are they still in business? And if they actually have any association with AMA motors, I would be surprised. The new guy must have hired them.Best advice is to assume these companies are illegitimate rather than losing money. Their business practice is horrible, and companies like AMA wouldn’t outsource to them. It’s most likely cons searching public records and trying to make a profit.Bottom line, I wouldn’t pay a dime to a company like this even if I owed. AMA can contact me directly if there’s an issue, instead of sending some poor third party to deal with it.

Hey to anyone who reads this you have full right to ask for the list listed below if they cannot provide ALL 4 items within the 30 days sent they must remove it from your credit and cannot contact or collect. Know your rights and use them. I hope this helps some of you in your journey before they remove this post!1. I will need the original signed contract from the original creditor that I signed.2. I will need a copy of the payment history between me an the original creditor.3. Name and full address if the original creditor.4. I will required a proof of debt assignment.

Dont let this company intimidate or bully you. Be familiar withFDCPA-Fair Debt Collection Practices Act.Do your research and read thurally before having any correspondence with them. They will be very friendly up until the point they don't get things done their way, if you ask lots of the questions as you should" making them do extra work they get very very upset (they hung up on me 3x for asking them to send verification for a payment made as well as other information requested) or once you make that payment they will turn aggresive/nasty and say goodbye to them trying any respectable correspondence moving forward."

This issue has been resolved!***UPDATE***I have now reached out to this individual twice with no response. I have sent a 3rd request today but am not holding my breath. All I request is the same respect they seem to require when demanding payment from people. I just want an email response with my outstanding balance so I can see if I can make the payment in one or have to do it over 2 payments. I also want to confirm a letter will be providing once the account is complete.If no response I will be changing my review and reaching out to the BBB.---I understand they are a collections company but for the most part they have been decent to deal with. However now that I am less than 2 payments away from being able to close my account they are not responding to any of my emails. I just want to know the remaining balance before I make my next payment.

I've heard from these people ONCE. Told them VIVINT breached the contract of protecting me when I got robbed and I have a police report. The lady said 'so you won't be paying?' NO! I'm not paying. This is the 3rd collection agency to try but like I said, i have a police report so never heard from these guys again. Nothing in the mail. About 4 months now. And then I look at my credit report and there is affinity. Really? And you're hoping to take a single mum of 3s last pennies to pay a company that FAILED TO KEEP ME AND MY KIDS SAFE FROM A ROBBERY? Zero communication and you expect to get money? Terrible.

We have been working with Affinity Credit Solutions for many years. They pay attention to even our smaller debts. They are responsive to our needs and have done a great job improving our over all collection rates.

Keep getting threatening phone calls and voicemails about a balance I owe, however it was not my responsibility as its my ex's house and I moved out way before he decided to stop paying the rent. I removed my name from the lease but the property management still gave MY NAME to these horrible people as someone on the lease. The one time I did answer the phone, the lady yelled at me that it is in face my responsibility. I'm a single mom, so this is great. Thanks.

So this company is a fraud, as my spouse has a account with them from 2005 and legally after 2 years in Alberta they are not allowed to pursue any legal action against anyone which they did 3 years ago and garnish my spouse wage when legally they ARE NOT ALLOWED have a document from a legal department which states it to, then the other day sent him a letter threatening to do it again, which is legally not allowed so I will be taking this further on his behalf. As seen in the photos that you are indeed frauding people when you have no legs to stand on also will be going to bbb and making a complaint against this company as they are illegally taking money from people after the limitation are allowed. Hopefully this helps anyone reading this and go to a lawyer and get this stopped as I will be
