The quality of customer service was fantastic. They answered all of my questions and even sent a pre-mixed sample to double check the diluted color would be perfect before I ordered the full amount. Cannot recommend Perma Tint Limited enough.

The stain looks amazing on our home. I love the products we received, and the customer service was on point the whole time. We live in Indiana so most of our communication was through email and phone calls. But, they were always there to answer any questions we had. I would 100% recommend this company to anyone.

I recently had my homes exterior stone and brickstained with PermaTint, I can’t thank them enough. I have read negative reviews regarding delays with call backs and all I can say is that it is worth the wait and have patience. This company is extremely busy but the reason is that their work is impeccable. If you are unhappy with the colour of your stone and brick you will not be disappointed if you hire this company. Thank you Kristin and Colleen I couldn’t be happier with the work.

We are so satisfied with the service and the quality of this product. They were so concerned that we use the right product and provided samples in advance. We stained our fireplace and it came out amazing. Easy to apply and easy to clean up. Such a better option than using tradition paint which can bubble and peel - I couldn't find another product that compared. None of the big paint manufactures, even Benjamin Moore had a solution. If you are a home owner and have brick you want to update check these guys out! Here are my before and after pics.

100% recommend. We had an orange shade of brick and transformed to a more traditional brown. The brick was heavily textured and difficult to brush or roll, so we opted for a spray type application. Seeing as though spraying would tint the brick AND mortar, we opted for a very transparent, dilute custom mix that we could make darker by sequentially adding layers, but not so much that the mortar and brick were the same color.We went with a 90% dilution of dark brown transparent stain, 3 coats, 24 hours apart. We hired a regular exterior painter. No need to hire a specialized “Brick stainer” or “Masonry Stainer” if you’re broadcast spraying like this. We did back roll it to prevent puddling/runs.My one critique is that I wish we had been advised to dilute the samples that we initially got. The initial samples of transparent stain were way too opaque and thick. There was no transparency at first. The team was responsive and advised me how to dilute the samples to narrow in on a color/dilution. I then ordered dilute samples to double check before making my final order. Overall, the wife is happy and it was well within the budget.

I finally feel like our backyard is finished. The ugly brick was an eyesore. Very happy with the final product. We had to be patient to get our small job looked-at, but it was worth the wait. Highly recommend.

Couldn’t ask for better service! Carley and Maureen were both great. I was very impressed by how quickly we received our stain. The product is amazing!!
