Called them because the ac wasn’t kicking on. Told me over the phone what was wrong and that it was something I could fix if I wanted to save some money. Most honest contractor in the city. Don’t see that too often. Have used him a few times and will continue.

Phoned rnr explained what was going on with our sewer.Waited most of the day for them to come,then the came and router rooted my main drain. A week later the down stairs shower was backing up again. Called a other company they came and router rooted again and told us that the last company did not go far enough as our line is 115 feet to the main sewer line. called Ryan at rnr he said his machine is only 100 feet long and said the job was not guaranteed to be done right.

So much for “the customer is always right”. Was a restoration company who called this company to come to my home. Installation and new taps and hoses cost me $525. The sprayer hose was trapped behind another hose, tap base was loose on sink, the tap squeals when hot water is running. I was told that couldn’t be as the installer does perfect work. So many excuses why the hose was trapped and the tap base was loose...and there was no squealing. Hope the video I sent with the squealing tap caused some embarrassment.

In the beginning it seemed they were OK. It took them over 3 months to get the work done, apparently due to material shortage... Telling me half truth and so on.... Well that was solved finally. However they did such a poor job of shower installation and re-installing the vanity I would not recommend them to anyone. My husband had to fix the dripping drain, as the person putting it back together, did not even clean it properly so it could not seal, because of all the stuff in the joints. On top of everything they used non paintable silicon everywhere, took me forever to clean that up.
