Girl with brown hair in a ponytail very helpful and funny, personable, and knowledgeable about store products. Normally as a student I shop at cheaper chocolate places, but she helped me find some really good deals.

Good milkshakes and ice cream. I didn't ever buy from this branch but I've tried it at Mayfair and Hudson Bay and they were both excellent.

This place is a great place to come to if you like chocolate and well other sweets to. The staff here are super friendly and the ice cream here keeps my kiddo happy. I recommend this place for any one that loves sweets.

The lady named Agnes laughed at me when I asked a simple question. Being rude and disrespectful loses 3 stars in my book. The second star is only there because the chocolate is delicious.

I always pick up a special box for a loved one this time of year but have to say the customer service I received today at Hillside Mall was less than adequate. Staff was quite rude, even though I was first in line, I was served last. Guess my special order will have to go to a different Chocolatier.

Reliably fun flavours on their truffles: tiramisu, PB&J, sake/sakura, goat cheese/chardonnay, etc. Am reviewing this store in particular because of its wonderfully helpful and personable manager (formerly assistant manager of the Mayfair store).
