After doing some research and talking to people who had other products, I decided to go with DogWatch. 2 years later, I can definitely say it was a good decision. Rob (eagerly) came back to help with some training with a now 140+ lb. Great Pyrenees, and the service provided since has been outstanding! On a side note, the collar battery is still going strong almost 2 years later (even though they have provided a free replacement). Just do it. You won't regret it.

Dog Watch Muskoka cannot be beat for keeping your dog safe and happy. Seven years ago I purchased their containment system for my boxer puppy Sophie. Rob visited my home, met Sophie and gave his recommendations. The system was installed without a mess and the wire was even cut into our paved driveway and sealed.Training began and Rob spent time teaching me how to teach her. She took no time to learn where her yard was and had 5 happy years running and being free before passing away.My fence has been installed for 7 years now. Just yesterday the collar that we had for Sophie blinked green - only the second battery in seven years and still going strong.Everyone should make their pets happy with Dog Watch Muskoka - we even had a smaller system for our trailer.Thanks Veronica and Rob for the great service.

Rob and Veronica are just the greatest! We had another brand which just wasn't doing the job.Upon talking to Rob he shared the shortcomings of the other brand without talking negative, and offered concrete explanations as to why his system works better and it indeed does. I can still see him working in the pouring rain that summer day.What a trooper. 3-4 years later we have added to our family another dog and require new batteries for the collar. They are available on line but I couldn't find them at any store in Barrie today. So I went to the garage where the system is mounted to grab Rob's card to contact him and well.....what did I find but 2 new extra batteries given at install time. Forgot they were there! Thanks so much Rob & Veronica! Oh Bandit & Belle Thank you as well.They run 4 acres of bush and we never have a worry that they run off. It just works. Period!

Rob & Veronica of Dog Watch Muskoka are fantastic to work with - professional and always servicing their customer's needs. We love the Dog Watch Hidden Fence solution as it allows the dogs to be out on the property doing what dogs do, by themselves, or with us, to help them maintain exercise, relax, sniff all the scents and be sooo happy!! I have had the system for approximately 10 years. Customer support has been excellent even years after installation. Lifetime warranty on equipment and customer support truly means lifetime, even 10 years later. I would highly recommend this system and Dogwatch of Central Ontario.

Installed my system a year ago - recent road work interrupted the wires so Alex came and repaired, reviewed the system with me. Works great - our dog totally gets it and our neighbours really appreciate that she is so respectful of their property. Excellent service and support - highly recommend DogWatch!

We now have total peace of mind letting our standard poodle out onto our three acre property. We are on a busy road, and have lots of wildlife passing thru the property. With expert and supportive coaching and advice for the training, we quickly moved from having to use a leash or long line with our high energy, high prey-drive dog, to worry-free freedom for our dog to chase squirrels, hunt frogs in the pond and enjoy lots of games of fetch and hide and seek. Thank you to Alex and his team for setting us up for success right from the start. And at a fraction of the price of a solid or chain link fence. We're thrilled.

After getting a recommendation from a friend, we chose to install the hidden fence from Dog Watch. Great system, works really well. Alex came when he said he would, did the install clean and neat, provided advice and trained us to use the system and told if we needed any further advice or anything, just to call. Our Mastiff took well to things and all is good. Great friendly service and great value. We're very happy with our decision. Thanks Alex.

We were truly “unbelievers” in this product for our Golden who is a runner and has limited recall when he sees a deer or another animal on our cottage property. The service we have received form Alex is remarkable and he has addressed all of our concerns. He even came out for another short training session at no charge. Both of our dogs stay on the property and learned very well where their boundaries are. When one of the collars stopped working, it was replaced right away. Such great service!!! Highly recommended.

We had one of there systems installed 10 years ago, the other day I noticed that the transmitter had stopped working so I called them up, I got a return call the same day and the unit was switched the next day free of charge! Fantastic customer service, no hassle, no questions, just taken care of, highly recommend!
