Fairfield Auto Repair & Car Wash
So impressed with their service from the day they sent me a detailed but easy-to-understand quote via email, to getting the car in two days later for quality repair. Their price was much more reasonable than other quotes I received, including from the big chains, so I was much happier to support a local business in a great location. I received new tires, alignment, control arm bushings, and fixing the gas door/lever - and was pleasantly surprised that the car was vacuumed and exterior washed when I picked it up that same day. Will definitely be using them for all future service.

I had a terrible experience at a car wash and give them a one-star rating. Despite specifically requesting for the interior to be vacuumed, my car was returned to me in the same dirty condition. When I approached the manager about it, he displayed a terrible attitude and claimed they didn't have enough time to clean properly. I strongly advise against using this car wash unless there are no other options available, as the poor cleaning and disrespectful customer service are highly disappointing.

Last Nov, I had a bunch of work done on my car at Fairfield Auto. And I was really happy with the service. One item was replacing windshield wipers. This weekend, my wiper blade started making a noise and I noticed the blade was sliding out. I couldn't fix it myself so I took it to the shop today and explained what was going on. Without hesitation, the fellow replaced and installed a new blade. I love a small business that stands behind their work and their products. I will return in the spring for more work. Thank you!

Fairfield Auto Repair & Car Wash
The service department would not refund work hours done on an improper tail light bulb replacement. It was their fault; however, they could not find any reason to refund the workmanship. I find their customer service to be sub-par as there are other much more reputable shops in the area. My business will be taken elsewhere.

DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE!!!The guy was RUDE to me a couple times in our interaction and he said he was waiting on a part..the part came but it didn't fix the problem so he was gonna order another part??..what are these guys guessing as to what's wrong?..would have had to miss another day of work so I got my car back so I can take it somewhere where they know what they are doing and get good polite customer serviceTHESE GUYS ARE A JOKE.Interesting that I can't respond to his response to my review..it's completely self serving and not at all accurate..I just wanted my car fixed. And if he looks..he will see I'm not the only one who thought he was RUDE!!I stand by my review.

I have taken my vehicle in for three major repairs and not only were they courteous but they were very quick and accommodated my need for my vehicle for work. I highly recommend them for the quality of their work and their business manner. They also include a car wash with services which I find is such a nice touch. Thank you Fairfield Auto.

When my battery light started to appear a day after snowmageddon 2022 and on the coldest day of the year, I relied on feedback from friends about Fairfield Auto Repair and decided to chance it and drive there to see if they could assist.Not only were they able to get my car in to diagnose the alternator problems that day but were able to get the part and fix it by 11am the next morning. My other go-to shop wasn't even able to book a diagnostic for 3-5 business days.Thanks to Amar and the whole crew for their work to get my car back on the road as fast as possible in trying times.Highly recommend this family run local business to everyone in need.
