Great customer service and very personable.

My wife and I both got phones there under contract with SaskTel and that part was OK. But the service to follow was not good. We are seniors and after many years had forgotten a lot about our passwords etc. My wife wanted her email on her new phone but they told her to go to Sasktel for that. She was not successful in that. I had email on the old phone and they obviously had trouble switching it because they charged me and gave me my phone, not mentioning that. When I went back to see about it, they put me off until well after Black Friday because they were busy. When I came back later they told me I could do it just as fast myself at home and sent me away. I was unsuccessful at that too. And we went to another service provider to have our problems solved, at no cost.The 2 younger staff members were quite considerate and somewhat helpful but what seemed to be the boss would not listen to answers to his own questions and his mask-wearing was not as one would hope for and expect in a business place.

Do not go here I got a screen protector put on my phone at this place it was the wrong protector went back got the right one put on 2 days later it cracked for no reason my phone did not hit anything I was driving with my phone in the holster and it cracked they told me that it did its job and they would not do anything about it they are scammers and only want your money and you can tell the guy is a scammer as soon as you speak to him just wish I followed my own instinct if I could give them minus 5 stars I would

Hands down the best service for cell phones in Saskatoon. Clarke and his team go out of their way to help, and make sure you have everything you need. Very fast and very responsive. They immediately helped me out when I was in a pinch with a phone issue. Thank you so much for the awesome service! Highly recommend them.
