We took the Canadian Rockie mountain tour this summer, it was nothing short of amazing, right from the comfortable coach to the hotels and rooms to the food it did not disappoint.The places we visited and the scenic drive was all gorgeous and well covered.However the down side is that the time frame to enjoy the stops and destinations is very less and rushed.Our tour guide( Jeff) in particular was very rude and I felt quite racist there is no where mentioning that it is an only Korean tour for only Koreans, but he made us feel like we were outsiders the whole time calling us out and starting the tour by saying he will not speak in English so much so as even washroom breaks and basic information wasn't given which often lead to confusions and delays, he went out of his way to isolate us from the rest of the group and was quite rude and harsh when spoken to, information and history wasn't told to us, so google was our source during the tour.Other than that it was amazing and I do hope they improve the guides and have them trained on being more inclusive of other nationalities.

OK tour package is very convenient for the people who visited Canada for a trip, and the guide is very kind and nice.

A disappointing tour with many rooms for improvements.We joined the Rocky Mountain 4D3N tour in October, being excited for the exploration of mountain, lakes, glacier and all the natural scenes. However, we encountered some problems and was disappointed with the tour.1. The cancellation of the Columbia Glacier tour:We understand that there is possibility for the cancellation of add-up tours due to force majeure. However, we hope the tour guide could give out true explanation for the cancellation.The tour guide told us the glacier was cancelled due to bad weather" at first

I introduced my friends to this Rocky Mountains Tour. Two times, the bus broke down. They had to spent 7 hours not for the tour but for the car fixed and nobody says honest sorry. They said, it was awful experience and worst customer. I introduced to them but they treated my friends like this. I won't do it again."

It was a horrible experience, totally not recommend!!! Especially for people who don't speak Korean.The tour guide was rude and selfish.He asked us to pay him tips on the first day, after that, he started being rude to us.Each day, he wanted to finish his job earlier, and told us he’s going to cancel some plans since he was tired!!Additionally, he gave us cheapest food in order to keep money from his clients. For example, he gave us chicken sandwiches as a meal, and every 2 people shared one small coke form Burger King for lunch. On the other day, he took out burritos for us to eat in hotel as dinner, so he could finish his work on that day.Also, he could speak English; however, whenever he introduced the views and stories, he never told in English, only in Korean. They shouldn’t have accepted people who don’t understand Korean in the beginning.Everyday, we needed to ask him next day’s schedule by ourselves; otherwise, he wouldn’t tell him what time we were going to meet and leave the hotels.

This is the worst tour company EVER I've experienced.They charged me in incorrect amount, and their attitude was unbelievable. Bottom line, they charged $500+ on my credit card and I didn't even know. It took it so long to resolve the issue and the manager/owner was so rude the entire time. that I wanted to bring up this issue to the higher level. I've complained about his attitude regarding this issue, but he basically was saying he already apologized and what else do I want. If you hear him saying stuff, you CANNOT say that he's sorry. He yelled at me for asking for clarifications regarding the mistake that HE made.Unfortuntaly, the person who made this make was the manager" so there's no one above this person. He was very rude throughout the issue and process and the service was HORRIBLE.I strongly don't recommend OKAY tour."

Very upsetting servicesThey called us two days before the departure date that we couldn't get the train seats and only bus is available .Then they call a night(lessthan12hrs) to tell that the guide couldn't speak english very well(only tell where we are, the time and only explain in korean) even we ask to be on the english speaker.The staffs cannot answer any question at all. So we take the bus tour and went in for a refund. When we went there for a refund, they simply has no money even we told them a day before we went in.Eventhough we want to pay the tip up front but they insist us to pay the tip before hand. In the end we csn only got the mony back only 700$out of 800$.DO NOT USE THIS TOUR COMPANY UNLESS YOU ARE KOREAN!!!

WARNING: Do not book with this agency because the tour guide will only speak in Korean.My parents and I booked the Premium Ottawa-Montreal-Quebec tour package. Tour guide is very disorganized. He always argues with the driver about what is the best route in going to places. Also, their website is very confusing and incomplete. They should also explicitly state that they are exclusive to Korean speakers because my parents and I were not satisfied with the tour as we do not understand the language.

Scam service. They dont follow their schedual and drop their customers off in random hotels. My father in law is currently stranded in aldergrove of all places! On a rocky mountain tour.....manager hangs up when you try to talk to him. It's a terrible sham. Stay away....
