I went in here to buy a small chewy bone for my sons new dog... I just know that the little puppy is chewing up everything and could probably use something strictly for teething.The girl was so helpful and it was the best chewy toy she hasI was happy with the help I received because there was quite a selection

2 employees tried to tell my friend that 70 degrees is an acceptable temperature for a Betta tank and they actually tried to talk her out of getting a heater for her new tank!The acceptable temperature range for a healthy Betta is 78 - 80 degrees because they are TROPICAL FISH. If you're keeping your Bettas tank at 70 degrees you are risking their health and immune system!PetSmart needs to educate their staff better so they aren't giving newbies bad information at the expense of living creatures!!!

Great service. We brought our 11week old puppy in for his first bath/brush and nail trim. Tim took excellent care of our Pup while grooming him. Bandit came out freshly washed and playful as always. The staff on the store side were very welcoming and seem to genuinely enjoy their interactions with their furry customers.

The staff at Highbury PetSmart are always so friendly and welcoming. Our puppies love coming to the store and given treats. Highly recommend them for your fur babies and pets.

Good selection of items for dogs & cats, however I own a parrot and there isn't a good selection of bird treats, toys, cages or food. They need to improve this or at least offer customers a catalog of items that can be ordered through the store.

Decent selection for a small store (compared to their other locations)obviously not the fault of the employees but they seem to be very short staffed. When I tried to find an associate for help I was unable to because they were both on cash.I really did need the help but unfortunately I wasn't able to buy everything I needed because no one was able to help me.I did finally speak to a nice young lady at cash when I checked out but even then she was understandably tied up at the cash register and unable to leave her place.one of the older gentle men I spoke with about which size KONG I should purchase, seemed more concerned about talking about the colours / differences between the puppy KONG etc , we definitely had a laugh but was still unable to answer my questions.Overall : Okay. Selection is decent but definitely better for short shopping trips where you know exactly what you need. I was in there for an hour quietly browsing and no one offered to help me. the employees i did talk to, I had to hunt down hahaha.Likely will not be coming back for the rest of the things I wanted to buy.

Love this Petsmart! The grooming centre is the best. Time is so amazing with both our dogs. He does fantastic grooming for them both. Would highly recommend.

We went in with our puppy who turned one today. What great staff!! Everyone was so helpful and friendly. Thanks again to the wonderful staff member who bought our girl a b-day toy. She loves it!!
