I previously stayed with Nesthost in a stylish condo in Winnipeg's market district.The property was georgous, the stay was excellent, I stayed 5 weeks with them. It's been months since I stayed with them, my rental/ customer service representative named Priel,,, immediately emailed me an excellent reference.Great customer service, a very professional lady who went beyond normal requests to provide great customer service.Thanks Priel

BED BUGS! ..I stayed in the airbnb in the exchange district of Winnipeg with my girlfriend last weekend and we found bedbugs in both beds. I messaged the host Sunday afternoon and didn’t get a reply until Monday morning, before they became unresponsive despite us having photos of bed bugs in the bed. In the meantime we did multiple loads of laundry, got garbage bags for our belongings and checked out a night early. We both are covered in bites and have suffered emotionally due to the stress this has caused us. Not only have they not responded to me, they have also not responded to airbnb itself. Do yourself a favour and NOT NOT STAY WITH NEST HOST! If you have stayed with them recently, check your belongings.

Nest Host provides amazing services. I have spent three nights there and every time I need something, nest host was able to match my expectations. I would highly recommend my friends to use their services.

Stayed in a Nest Host condo in Winnipeg for almost a month through AirBnB. The place was dirty when we checked in and I notified Nest Host right after we arrived. So dirty that black water ran off our feet in the shower and I had to launder things just to get through the first full day before a housecleaner showed up. The condo also had only one barstool (for two to four guests) for the only eating area. I also contacted Nest Host about that immediately, but they took two weeks to rectify the situation, bringing first a beat up barstool and taking the original one because it was about to fall apart, then days later bringing two cheap plastic stools, one with a broken seat. When they finally brought three new bars stools two full weeks later, they put them at the bar and they were obviously too high (I guess measuring for the correct height never occurred to anyone). They said it didn't matter if they were unusable--they had to stay in the condo. Then I noticed the dryer vent was not connected and hadn't been for who knows how long. Took them about 8 more hours to show up and fix it. Long story short, this was the worst experience I've ever had in a rental, and I travel a lot. Even one of their own employees who came to the condo told me the management was poor and the communication problematic. I complained to AirBnB, who stalled for days and then said they couldn't do anything because too much time had passed!! I requested a modest reimbursement from Nest Host, approximately 10 percent to compensate for my inconvenience and also the cleaning/laundry I'd had to do, and they reimbursed me for a third of what I'd asked for (slightly over $100). In the accompanying message, they lied, saying they'd done something they hadn't, and then tried to shame me because they had to ask employees to work later to fix problems--as if maintenance problems are the fault of the renter. Renters beware!

I've used Nest Host multiple times with the same positive experience. The accommodations were exactly as advertised. Clean and modern, boasting high end furnishings and finishes, as well as ideal locations. Communication and scheduling was simple and on point with all inquiries replied to promptly. I highly recommend this group of professionals. They offer way more value, comfort and convenience.

Modern and well equipped rental unit.

Stayed at one of their newest properties in Westwood. 3 bedroom at 219 Whitegates. It was a brand new fully remodelled house. Had 4 large bedrooms and 2 amazing couches that fit 6 plus people each. Stunning kitchen and overall amazing experience dealing with the Nest Host team. If your looking for a place to stay on the west end of the city I highly recommend this place it was an amazing experience.
