Dr Tim Blight - Oral & Maxillofacial Surgeon

Went for oral surgery on Friday Nov 8th, had 6 teeth removed in total. Would recommend Dr. Blight and his team any day. I have pretty high anxiety when it comes to dentistry and medicine in general and Dr. Blight was very willing to talk me through it and get me feeling as comfortable as possible, all with a smile. I don't feel very swollen at all and am back to work after a short weekend break. Called this morning to ask a few questions and the staff were very patient and friendly. If I could rate them higher I would. Thank you Dr. Blight and team for all your great work!

It's been one day since I had three impacted wisdom teeth removed by Dr. Blight and his team, and I have to say, what a breeze! I felt very welcomed and comfortable from my consultation all the way until I walked out the door without my wisdom teeth. Ever since I woke up from the procedure I have not felt an ounce of pain and have had very little swelling. I would highly recommend Dr. Blight's office!

My dentist referred me to Dr. Blight regarding my impacting wisdom teeth. During the consultation appointment, Dr. Blight had a cheery attitude and was able to answer all of my questions. He recommended that I have all 4 wisdom teeth removed.During the day of the surgery, the entire process was quick and painless.I believe he did an excellent job because I woke up the next morning with no pain and no excessive bleeding.His staff were very nice and supportive.I highly recommend!!

It might be a bit odd to say that I had a wonderful experience getting my wisdom teeth removed, but it's true! I'm extremely nervous about dental and medical work of all kinds. Despite having regular discomfort, knowing that I had 4 impacted wisdom teeth I put the procedure off for years out of fear. I even made an initial appointment with Dr. Blight's office several years ago, but chickened out before booking the surgery until this year. Dr. Blight and his staff were extremely understanding of my anxiety and went out of their way to make sure that I was comfortable. Despite their assurances, I really expected the worst for my procedure - but it was the exact opposite. Like others have posted, I woke up in a good mood and couldn't believe that I'd had 4 teeth removed. So far I've been healing much faster than I thought I would, and with hardly any swelling or discomfort. I can hardly believe it. It was probably silly of me to put this off for so long, but I'm so grateful that Dr. Blight and his office were patient with me and were there for me when I needed them. Thank you for bringing light to a dreaded experience!

Dr. Blight is an absolute gem to have in our City. Hope he is still in Winnipeg next time if he is needed. I highly recommend him if you are able to get appointment. His patients healing properly is obviously of utmost importance to him. As well the staff here are very much on the ball and they too deserve 5 stars.

I just had the wisdom surgery one hour ago and I woke up and I didn't feel loopy!!! Dr Tim Blight is amazing and I highly reccomend him to anyone. The anesthesiologist was joking around with me and then I passed out and woke up in another chair. My mouth is really numb though but I feel amazing. The staff is amazing and I felt very nervous before the surgery but now I feel very happy and have four less teeth yay :)

I got 3 of my wisdom teeth taken out and I had an excellent experience. Everyone from the receptionist to the anesthetist to Dr. Blight himself was very kind and I felt very well taken after. The first time I got my lower right wisdom tooth out with my own dentist, she did it very well, but I was awake during the process. Recovering for me was not the easiest either and that led her to recommend me to Dr Blight, which I'm so glad she did! With Dr Blight I didn't feel anything nor do I remember anything about the operation. I highly recommend going here for wisdom tooth extractions, you might be paying more (I'm assuming), but don't be discouraged. It's well worth every penny.

I got my tooth surgery today.. All staff and Dr Blight are all professionals and customer oriented. I am so nervous to extract 4 of my tooth at the same time but they made me feel comfortable. After 15 mins wola... all were gone and fix. I am so happy and satified. Will recommend their office to my friends for sure.

Dr. Blight and his wonderful staff have been taking care of me for a number of years. My dentist sent me to Dr. Blight a number of years ago with concerns of what he saw in his x-rays which turned out to be rare cyst in my jaw bone. The concern and compassion that Dr. Blight showed when addressing my issue is unmatched. He immediately dealt with it and has been monitoring since. All his staff are fantastic, making you at ease when your in their clinic and all seem to really enjoy working with each other and interacting with their patients.

If I could give Dr. Blight 10 stars I would. And this is hours after my procedure. I had two wisdom teeth removed by another doctor and the whole experience was so traumatic. Two months later I was still in pain.Dr. Blight not only fixed the mess that was done, but he took out the remaining two. It has been about 12 hours after my procedure, I haven't taken any pain relievers! The process went to smoothly, he has the best bedside manners I have seen in a doctor and his staff were amazing! I am so glad I went to him!Dr. Blight if you read these reviews....THANK YOU!!
