I loved how committed she was to helping me find what I was looking for, her creativity in navigating problems in potential properties (and my own home), and how prompt she was in communication and scheduling. I could not be more pleased with the home she helped me get, and the degree to which she was committed to the sometimes bumpy process. Beyond that, Cyrstal is kind and funny and professional, making her a wonderful agent to work with and I would recommend her to anyone needing a realtor.
