Bought ladies had bags here but stitching came off within 10 days

On Oct. 4, 2022 I visited this store. I found both Anjelie and Cara, Manager to be both extremely friendly, helpful, and courteous while providing excellent customer service. They went over and above in their efforts which is greatly appreciated. Cara and Anjelie define customer service. Bentley is extremely fortunate to have employees of such high calibre representing the company.Cara leads by example and hires employees who reflect her values.I highly recommend Market Mall Bentley because of Cara and Anjelie.I prefer shopping brick and mortar stores instead of shopping online because of excellent employees like Cara and Anjelie.

The best service I've ever had. Brandi and Cara knew just what I need for my travel needs. Been a long time since I've traveled and they knew what bags to take on a plane. Thanks best staff ever

When I went in I was greeted kindly by Brandi when I came in she helped me by showing me there selection of weekend Bags and helped with any questions I had

I was in the other week and was greeted by 2 lovely ladies when i walked in A lady by the name of Brandi gave me very good info on luggage and back packs to take on my next trip. so i want to thank the ladies and i will be back in the future.

My mom and I came into the store the other day and the lady with the red hair helped and greeted us with everything we needed and any questions we had. Very thoughtful and welcoming better customer service experience at market mall Bentleys then Sunridge and crossiron

This store has good selection but without any assistance. Unfortunately, the woman working there did not acknowledge us or even look up. After looking at 3 purses with zero interaction, I went elsewhere. Customer service goes a long way.

Compared to Chinook, Westbrook and Westhills, this store appears to be a little smaller, but it is crammed full of bags. Lots to choose from. Let the travel adventure begin at the luggage store! Westbrook appears to have a larger collection of travel purses and shoulder bags. Chinook and Westhills had a better collection of TSA approved locking luggage. Some middle and higher end bags here, not found at Westbrook. Westbrook location was easiest to park at, with quickest store access. Marketmall location, this store, is in the middle of the mall close to information desk. Marketmall also always very busy, so parking takes time. The display was poorest for four stores because it was so chock-a-block full. Staff said they had as many bags in storage again, but sounded like it was easier to go to another location than to find something specific. I got the sense that there were more darker and neutral colors, rather than lighter typically associated feminine colors. No bathrooms in store but in mall. On my two recent visits staff was helpful at picking bags for trips.
